Buffalo Wild Wings

Pretty standard food for a chain restraunt. Excellent service and a great place to watch some sports.

The wings at Tracyton public house are so much better. Not a chain and just delicious and cheaper!

We ate here at 2:00 and the place was slammed yet we were seated within a few moments and our server was with us almost immediately. It took a while for our food to come out but again they were really busy. Our waitress was very helpful and very polite start to finish. I got a bacon cheeseburger and it was probably the best hamburger I’ve ever tasted. Boyfriend had a chicken wrap which he said was good too. The only downside is that it’s really loud and hard to hear. But hey, its a sports bar too. Overall I will definitely be coming back here next time I’m in town!

Very disappointed today. It took 15 min for us to be served water. I asked to see manager. None came within 5 min so we left. Worst service I’ve experienced. Not normal so I don’t know what was going on today. Usually very good…

Literally ten to twelve servers available. We were seated promptly and then promptly ignored. For 20 minutes. Finally a server passed our table (family of 4), and I managed to get her attention. Informed her we had not yet been helped. She said she could only get a water since she was not our assigned server. Husband asked to speak to manager. She left, brought water, left again. Still no manager. Finally we gave up and left.
Passed at least 6 servers in the lobby, standing idle. Gave one star because of great tv screens and fun trivia games.

Because its the only really big sports bar in town, lots of people are drawn to it on a Saturday night. However, when we were seated it took 10 – 15 minute just to get our drink order. My husband and I were next to a table of 6, mostly gentlemen. As we were waiting for our server, whom was also with this 6 top with the «Team Captain» I’m guessing friends or frequent customers was just kneeling and talking to the table. After finally getting service, our waitress not only got the drink order wrong, but never brought us the sides we had asked for yet made time to constantly kneel and chat with the other table.
To make it more uncomfortable, the Team Captain was engaged in full physical contact on one of the gentleman at the table. Not light shoulder or arm touching, but full on grabbing/​groping contact. If I wanted to watch a girl grind up on customers for money, I’d go to Hooters or a strip club. Even if it was her significant other or family (highly doubt) such physical contact is extremely unprofessional, and kind of gross while your less than 2 feet away eating at a public place and said waitresses’ bum is in your face from leaning over to hug another customer… While this table across from us got two servers, we barely got one.
When we finally had enough, we asked for the military discount with our check and gave a debit and gift card for payment. She didn’t give us our receipt in which she said should have added the discount, and with the gift card balance and extra left over on the bill, added up to her not giving it to us. So we paid full price for a sub par meal, with terrible service. Food was alright. But not worth going here ever again.
We had given it a strong 3 – 4 chances and only got good service once and good food twice. Never together mind you… It was either one or the other. Sorry. But screw this place.
Oh. And don’t try and talk to the manager. He literally looked straight into my face and turned around and walked away. Another server saw him do it and had to go fetch him again…

Shitty fucking service. Got our food and it was cold food and the buns on my burger were soggy from sitting there that long. She forgot my ranch then said she went to go get it, brought us someone else’s order then said they have to open a ranch bag and guess that takes at least ten minutes. Then we asked for our bill and she told us we can wait. Definitely not coming back.

I love bdubs. Great place to eat to watch sports and have a few drinks. It was a little shaky at first but this one has come around a lot l.

I’m not quite sure what went so wrong with the other people on here but we went here for lunch and it was a great experience! There were incredibly considerate of our being pressed for time. The manager even came over and made sure everything would get out on time. My beer Was in my hand before i could even think about it and the server Corey was a sweetheart!

People this a sports bar it is suppose to be loud! Some of these reviews crack me up! I have always loved buffalo wild wings and have been to many across the country this one is as good or better! My wings are consistent. As are the buffalo chips. My wife loves the flatbread. This is not fine dining but great bar food! Keep up the good work!

Well, I must say, now I know why I don’t eat here. I came in by myself and sat at the bar. The service was slow. That wasn’t my major complaint though. I could watch football. My gripe was, how do you order wet wings and not give the customer napkins? I was glad my drink had a couple napkins because that’s all I got. And in regards to the drink, it was empty before I got done eating but I wasn’t offered a refill until she came to take my empty plate. No thanks, I’m ready to leave. The food was just okay, nothing to write home about. I’m way too nice since I actually left a tip. I don’t know why, the service absolutely sucked. I probably won’t be back anytime soon. I can watch football at home.

Really disappointed with this location of BW3s. Service is terrible. Here an hour, and never had my water refilled. Wings were ok, but greasy. Everything fried tastes like the oil is old. And, the gathering of girls at the front counter bitching about the customers is annoying.

Unlike most of the reviewers here, I actually eat here about once a week. After a bumpy opening (what business doesn’t) with long lines, the wait staff has settled in and the bartenders are awesome. Both are incredible attentive and efficient.
This is an excellent place for an office lunch party, we have held several hails, fair wells, and award ceremonies here. There are at least three separate indoor locations where the staff can facilitate a large party of twenty or more. On one occasion, we asked for seating for 13 people, but because it was BWW, our party eventually grew to 25. The staff just kept adding tables as we needed them.
If you are a «Happy Hour Whore» like me, you will love the extended hours of 2 – 7.
If there’s an out of market game you want to watch, just ask a Captain (the staff in the white jerseys). I like to watch SF Giants and San Jose Sharks games so it helps that they have all of the sports packages. I can’t wait until football season.
If you are not a fan of BWW, then this review isn’t really for you. If you are, you will appreciate the great location with adequate parking and the convenience of the Kitsap Mall. It has by far the best Daddy-​chairs in the mall for enjoying a cold beverage while my wife and daughter shop.

Well my family and I went here on a whim. We stopped to play in the mall around lunch and figured this would be a great place for quick good food (should have gone to Silver city instead.) First thing, apparently they play heavy metal music at full blast during lunch so your not able to hear the person your dining with. Second, we ordered an appetizer, kids meal, wings and a meal to share. The appetizer came then the meal and that was IT! We finally asked about the kids meal and 10 mins later it came. By the time we finished and we needed the check still no wings. All in all, we won’t be back. To loud, average food and shotty service.

The waitstaff up soldthe food but when it came out what we all got was a total Debbie downer. They came out and asked us how we liked our food and when we said it wasn’t what we had expected it would be they said oh I’m sorry about that and just walked away … LOL!
The actual bill then came and that was even more depressing after 20% tip (I usually tip much more) our bill was over 70.00 for FOOD ONLY. I had a simple chicken wrap with a side salad. It was supposed to have taziki sauce on with Kalimata olives it but it tasted like sour cream with maybe some olive tapenade added? My side salad that I had to order separate was wilted and didn’t look fresh.
My small wrap by the way came solo — lol
My fiancée burger that he built was a mediocre burger at best. The potato wedges were the best thing that came out.
Our daughter got the hot wings and they were ok but nothing really all that special. We did like all the sauce selections. The stater mozzarella sticks we ordered were also just ok we asked for extra marinara and it got there so late we ate the sticks without it. All in all we were not impressed at all. It’s over priced and the staff clearly don’t know much about customer service. Putting on shiny happy faces for customers does you no good if the client is unhappy with the food and you do nothing about it. We did like the big screen TVs but that is not enough to get us back in there. In summary Overpriced mediocre chain food with misplaced customer service.

If there is a negative stat this would be the place. Service was not there food was the worst I had ever. Management had no idea what was going on. Worse than a fast food restaurant.

We are so excited to have a BWW close by! We went on a weekday around 5 pm, so there was no wait. We were seated immediately, super friendly waitress, great wings.
Huge plus is the tablets they offer to kids. Keeps them entertained :) Plus, adults can play trivia on them :)

I ordered a sample platter and a beer the two guest that were with me (my daughter and her BFF) had one or two things off the platter, I are the entire sampler and drank the beer then I sat there and chatted it up for a good 20 min, until one of my guest said. «Where is our food?», I ordered a salad and the girls got an order of boneless wings, not to long after she said that a dude employee was standing at the edge of our table trying to hang out, which he did for over 15 min, I didn’t bring my daughter and her BFF to dinner to chop it up with a stranger! Our food came out the salad I ordered was room temp the crisp was gone the wings were nothing special ‚
It was my first time there I usually give things a second chance but this outing without the tip was over 80 $ so I most likely won’t go back!!!

Ate here 2 times. Enjoy the atmosphere, noisy enough to not hear my childs yell, or throw a fit. But they ALSO had a cool android like thing that the kids could play games on, and occupied by child the whole time!
There are PLENTY of TV’s for the sports fans out there too.
Service is very good, patient, and quick to resolve problems

Appetizers; tried the fried pickles, did not care for em. LOVE fried pickles… From another place though. These DID turn out better once i heated em up more in the oven!
Wingz! OHHHH man the Parmesan garlic!!! That all I got to say!
Main; I’ve tried two different burgers, Buffalo Chicken, Jerk Chicken. and can say that neither of these are something I will order again, the flavors just were not working.
The flat breads are YUMMY! Tried the west coast flat bread and the spinach artichoke chicken flat bread (FAV!!)
Dessert; Cinnamon bites, These were REALLY good, the outside was crispy like french toast, and the middle like bread pudding.
Overall happy, and can’t wait to try more off the menue
