Great coffee. Great comfy atmosphere. Really friendly staff. I’m glad I went here! Their coffee is very tasty and reasonably priced. The people who work here know what they are making and selling. That is a relief coming from cookie cutter competition. I had been thinking mocha and was here on a Monday. Surprise to me! Mocha Monday’s. I had the mexi mocha which is dynamite!

The service here is amazing. The baristas are super friendly and go above and beyond standard customer service. I appreciate the fact they know my name and my drink order.

I had to use back door as the barista and her friends were smoking at the front door. She quickly made my coffee and ran back out the door to finish her cigarette outside and hang out while I and others were inside. She was the only employee in the the store as well. I’m so use to the extra care to the drinks(caramel in the bottom of my frappé). Not this time. She just wanted to go outside with her friends.

I used to come to Austin Chase all the time for Saturday Bible study I sincerely think they have changed owners since then and have lost what made their business so unique. When i first walked in one of the staff thought it would be real cute to say«i am watching you» as i was headed to the bathroom… got dirty looks when i answered the phone by the staff and by their frequent customers Not to mention they have the tv on for a soap opera that no one is watching and the radio is in competition with the tv… i wont be back guarantee I would laugh if the owner is present and based on the age i have a feeling she is

Friendly service and good coffee– prices are comparable to other coffee establishments. I like their breakfast sandwiches and we enjoy a comfortable setting occasionally here. Its a nice place to meet someone to have a long chat! I recommend it — not because it will blow your socks off, but because its just a good place to hang out and change up your rotation of haunts now and then!

Stopped in for a drink and to get some work done before a customer meeting. Good coffee, nice folks.

We stopped here for some digestive fuel after demolishing the Indian buffet next store. After perusing the extensive menu, I decided to attempt to recreate one of my favorite drinks from our last home: a red eye pumpkin chai latte. Two shots of espresso, spiced chai, pumpkin flavor and perfectly foamy 2% milk later, I left happy! Love that the ladies behind the counter were super energetic and happy. Sounds like someone’s been sampling the product!

Overall pretty marginal coffee shop. The roast is extremely dark, which is not necessarily bad but not to my taste. The finished product is not awful but iffy, the building is laking in atmosphere and I’m sorry but I don’t like my cappuccino served in a mug. All said and done Austin Chase Coffee is just okay. I would not mind coming back but there are better options out there.

Happy I stopped in while I visit from Chicago. The owner is extremely friendly and the joint is really clean. The iced mocha is quite tasty as well… Second one this week! If I lived in town, I’d make this my regular coffee stop

COFFEE: Tried out this place from a coupon. Iced blended mocha was good(got it with coconut milk), Vanilla Chai Latte with plain soy milk was ridiculously good(makes Starbucks’ version taste like dirty dish water). Prices are comparable to Starbucks, but with FAR more variety of flavor add-ins, and a uniquely diverse non-dairy selection(plain soy, vanilla soy, rice, coconut, hemp, almond…). I am not a coffee connoisseur. The review that says their coffee is burnt might be right. All I know is I liked it. FOOD: Full sandwich with a bag of chips only $ 5.50. Huge bagel with cream cheese, $ 2.75. Massive Costco-sized muffins, $ 2. Several flavors of oatmeal. Shiny candies. DRINKS: Massive tea selection(there were like 8 flavors of Chai alone). Italian sodas, smoothies, full coffee menu. The barista was friendly, sweet, helpful, and patient, which is a huge plus for me because I don’t drink coffee often, so me at a coffee counter sounds very much like a tourist in a foreign restaurant whose language they don’t know. She was also cool about the coupon I brought in. Variety of seating, including a table for 5 in the back, and a little gift/merch book shelf. Bookshelf by the bathrooms lets you borrow and loan books to other patrons, which the nerd in me loved. The atmosphere was pleasant and warm, without being pretentious(I’m looking at YOU, Starbucks). Location is just off the main road enough to feel peaceful, but still be easy to get to. We’ll be back for a quiet break when shopping in Silverdale. Definitely.

I wasn’t sure what to expect of their non-dairy selection and they have it all: rice, almond, soy, hemp — you name it! Cozy atmosphere, and better drinks than the Starbucks across the street. The tea selection is extensive. Great iced chai on a summer day.

Beautiful shop. If you love original style Starbucks taste, you’ll like AC. As home roaster, when I see my 3 choices of bulk beans– dark Viennese, medium Viennese or light Viennese, the operative word is Viennese here which essentially a dark nearly burnt roast. Some folks(my daughter) love this. I don’t. A true medium roast lets you taste the bean«not the burn». To be fair, the shop is immaculate, the barista brilliant, and lots of space for great little conversations. My advice, get the tea(unless you like the burn).

This has been one of the best coffee shops we’ve found on the Kitsap Peninsula. We had grown spoiled by the small batch coffee roasters in Portland and along the Oregon North Coast, and when we moved to Silverdale, we had a really hard time finding our«coffee home». Austin Chase in Silverdale has consistently good coffee and the baristas Linda and Tonya are super friendly and great at what they do. All these things together have pretty firmly cemented Austin Chase as our new«coffee home».

I like the warmth cozy ambience in this shop. I like the way they set up their lounge. The ladies who work here seems to know everyone around here. I’m new to this area and I’m guessing she notice my hesitations. She is really lovely and accommodate me well. Provided me tips of their coffee of the month and recommend me delicious scones to come with it. Although I ordered simple cream cheese bagel, but that was some good bagel. Obviously, I only give a 5 star rating when it meets my standards. This shop have absolutely Excellent service, spot free, scented bathroom and a great coffee to start with. I can see myself being a regular customer here.

Yet again consistently good coffe and great service. The baristas may not be as lightning fast as the ones in Starbucks but they have ten times the sincerity in their business. Love this place every time!

I LOVETHISPLACE! The owners are two friends that started the business. They both work there almost every day and they have their kids fill in on some days. The fact that both of the ladies are there all the time shows how much they care about the coffee shop. I love supporting local businesses, and this is definitely a place to support. The blended mochas and cheese bagels toasted are delicious. If you take time to get to know the owners, you will learn that they are quite lovely and are thankful for your business.
