Went during lunch, had to clean our own table off. Waited about 20 minutes before a waiter came to take our drink order. Took another 10 minutes for me to get my non alcoholic drink and everyone else had there drinks already. Then it has taken so long to get our food we ended up getting it to go. Worst TGI Fridays ever. I really didn’t want to give it one star but had to select one.

What can I say about this place? Well being that I live close by, it’s more just out of convenience. Having been coming here for years, I can attest to the decline in service. Again, it’s close by and easy to stop in and just grab a drink. I won’t necessarily recommend it for a special occasion or anything like that. I tend to sit in the bar when I’m here and even when it’s slow, I’ve found the service crappy. During my last visit, I was sitting in the bar and wanted to partake in the $ 12 dine and drink deal which I had recently done at this very location and in the bar. Well this time around, I was told they no longer honor that deal in the bar, only in the dining area. What foolishness is that? Ok fine, we’ll move to the dining area, no problem. I ordered the petite sirloin with two sides and a drink for $ 12(yes not a bad deal, right?!) However, my steak was well done and I had ordered it medium. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this here. Well since they can’t un-cook it, I tried to eat as much of it as I could but I felt like I was chewing leather. I’m so serious! Good thing, I wasn’t starving, but still… I have stopped by here late on a Saturday night and it was a lil turnt(in a good way!!) so maybe that’s what they’re good for! Late night drink after a night out somewhere else.

The only reason they are getting 3 stars is because of Rob, my bartender, and the food is as it always is — good. My boyfriend and I came here to watch the Warriors and OKC game, but unfortunately management does not work to satisfy customer needs. Almost every single person here wants to watch the game and although the the sound of the game is on, they are playing Pandora for whatever odd reason and the music is much louder than the sound of the game. Maybe if management would work on PLEASING the CUSTOMERS, they wouldn’t have 2 stars. They have been failing at this for years, new management has come and gone, yet they continue to fail. All you have to do is make your customer happy. Trust me, I know. I was a waitress before at a restaurant, which lived for making every customer happy!

The service was the worst we’ve ever received. We walk in and there is no one to seat us so we walk over to a server ask if we should seat ourselves he said we can but not in his station and points to the next one. We go sit at a booth there and a gentleman comes over and says this area non serviceable and seats us at the servers station(where we were asked not to sit). The gentleman(I think he was the manager) comes over and asks what we’d like to order, we explain that we’ve been sitting here for a while but we never got menus– we eventually order appetizers and don’t get any plates or napkins and then he was no where to be found to ask for plates so we ate on the napkin that was wrapped around the cutlery. We felt like we were inconveniencing them by being there. We won’t be back that’s for sure.

I’m just so sorry that nothing has been done about the EXTREMELYPOORSERVICE that this location offers. The food here is good. The drinks here are good. The staff SUCKS. Upon our entrance, the«greeter» barely made eye contact much less opened her mouth. HELLOTHISISYOURJOBNOTMINE. I felt like I had to pry the words out of her mouth. Fast forward to the part where we waited by a few dirty tables in the bar area for 10 minutes and then just decided to sit at one hoping someone ANYONE would just glance in our direction. Maybe a smile would be nice. But no. Every single staff member that passed did and said nothing FORANOTHER25MINUTES. We’re on our way out now because we’ve had enough and LOANDBEHOLD! We run into the manager on the way out. so I give her a piece of my mind. Her solution is to offer for me to go back inside to smile up in front of the same servers who just ignored us for almost 30 minutes. NOTHANKS. Zero stars if this were an option. Not coming back unless it’s under new management. You would think service would be great considering its in a popular area. Take your money elsewhere!

I travel on a regular basis for my job and go to many restaurants. I recently went to the TGI’s in Silver Springs Maryland. I always sit at the bar when going out to eat and did the same at Silver Springs. The bar servers were very friendly and did a good job. But with that said, I have never seen a bar station so filthy. It ruined the whole dinner experience and I would say they are lucky health inspectors have not visited recently. It looks as though it hasn’t been cleaned in years. The floor was wet with many, many pieces of napkins, papers, etc. on the floor. The glass windows on the coolers looked like they haven’t been cleaned in decades. You can see water marks on all the cabinets I guess when they must quickly mop behind the bar. The counters behind the bar are dusty and have so much dirt you can tell it is not one nights worth of not cleaning. I noticed the plastic pourers that hold the drink mixes and they were so old and dirty thank God I was drinking beer! I noticed they ran out of one of the drink mixes and they just took the old one, no washing or even rinsing out and poured some more mix. Bottom line I don’t complain much but I thought you should know how bad this bar station area looks. I would think twice about going into another Friday’s after this episode. The weird thing I didn’t notice(not that I looked hard) anywhere else in the building that looked dirty.

Worst run TGI Fridays I’ve ever been too. The staff looks for direction and not one manager is on the floor. We sat next to two dirty tables for over an hour. Our server wasn’t at fault, he was inexperienced. We actually saw two parties come in and leave because no one greeted them, because no one was at the front desk. We layer leaned there were three managers on duty 4÷11÷16. Worst experience and last time I’ll ever spend money at this location. Piss Poor!

Your average Friday’s, nothing super to mention. Very convenient for a family last minute outing. Serving decent. Drinks taste like water. All and all I was satisfied.

The 2 stars is because I had a pretty good waiter, the wait wasn’t that long and California Club was tasty. I came to the restaurant to redeem my Give me stripes points reward. I received 100 points and found a selection that was exactly 100 points but for some reason when I tried to redeem the 100 points, the app indicated that I didn’t have enough points. Clearly I did have the adequate amount of points and asked for management. Sadly they were very confused and exercised poor management skills because they acted like it wasn’t their problem. — one said I needed 100 more points other said that’s the app problem. I just selected one of my lower point rewards for lunch. The issue is even if this is a franchise, this location is still the face of TGIFridays. They can do better — I think it was within managements power to honor my 100 point reward. I spent $$$ to get to this reward and I didn’t have to spend my money at this location or restaurant chain.

My server was great! My vegetables were overcooked and the margarita was definitely not worth the money youspend(very watered down with no punch). The ribs were tasty. It’s not a place I’d go back to if in the area. I’d most likely try somewhere else first.

If you looking for a chill spot and really«don’t do clubs» this is a nice alternative. Good music, good drink prices… what more can you ask for? There are drink specials everyday of the week all day. By the way I think this is the only Fridays location that does the ICEWATER which is pretty much a long island with no sour mix or coke topped with Verdi. Tastes like water with lime and it is sure to make you feel some type of way. lol. Will be back like I always am.

The reason I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend has nothing to do with the service or with the skill of the kitchen staff. They did the best they could do with the menu provided to them. I have not visited a TGI Fridays in many years, and I doubt I’ll visit again in the near future. My memory of the menu includes large, flavor filled burgers with excellent toppings, steaks that did not need to hide under sweet sticky glazes, and a pleasant atmosphere. Based on yesterday’s visit, only the pleasant atmosphere remains. My burger was dry and crumbly, and was topped with an overly salty pepperoni marinara sauce which I had to remove. My son’s steak– ordered without sauce– was also dry. While this is partly because he ordered it medium well, he’s eaten many steaks cooked to that temperature that maintain their flavor. I was thankful that I’d ordered the green bean fries, and my son came home and made himself a bowl of soup. This visit was a good reminder for me that I am not the target demographic, and that a menu based around foods that taste good with a cold beer are not my preference. The burgers I miss were a build your own concept. I remember having a nice list of available toppings, and I was able to choose four. TGI Fridays was the first restaurant where I could reliably order guacamole for my burger, so I did. Guacamole, black beans, sautéed onions, and bacon. This was 30 years ago and I still remember begging my family to eat at your restaurants when we spotted them during our travels. I’d love to see a pared down portion of the menu that did not depend so heavily on sauces and party tricks. I see that they have brought back a build your own toppings list, and so I will keep my fingers crossed that it will stick around long enough for me to try it if I should visit a TGI Fridays again.

We have been in a few times and have had a solid experience each time. As a chain location, there is little that can be said about the atmosphere or menu that isn’t obvious. While the staff is friendly, the kitchen is slow no matter the day of the week or time of day you go.

Pretty much as expected, that’s what chains are about. Sat in the bar. Cons: Music was a bit loud and shall we say not aimed at my particular demographic. Portion sizes were not generous but not quite small enough to be called stingy. Cheesecake was unexceptional, whipped cream layer was as thick as the actual filling. Pros: service was cordial, bartender was glad to show me the daily drink specials, including a solid mojito for $ 3. Steak was cooked exactly as ordered with a good sear. Cole slaw was crisp with a nice creamy dressing. Plenty of parking. Plenty of TVs with varied stations.

I hate this location. One of the worst managed restaurants in all of creation. They never bring the entire table’s food out at the same time, even routinely take your food to someone else who ordered the same item. This just happened again, this time to my insulin dependent diabetic wife, who had already taken her insulin. After telling us twice thy where working on it, a lie, the manager finally came out to give us free stuff. Woohoo. Free stuff from a terrible restaurant. No thanks. Wasn’t busy when we got here. Just horrible incompetence from the servers on up. Stay away.

Service is poor and very slow. Went here on a Monday evening around 8pm to get a quick bite to eat and watch the game with a friend. We sat in the bar area and had to wait 15 minutes before anyone even greeted us. The staff did apologize but it took 25 minutes for our appetizers to come out and then another 20 minutes for out entrees when we order both at the same time. When our appetizers arrived we did not have any plates, utensils, or napkins. When I asked for them. We were told to wait and nothing came. So I asked another serve. At the end we waited 25 minutes for our check. When we got the check, we gave him our credit card and then we had to wait another 10 minutes. There are only 2 servers working the bar area with 2 bartenders. All of them were too busy to even acknowledge if our table needed anything. I have never been so disappointed in a place before until now.

Let me start by saying that we had a 20 person reservation for 8pm(birthday dinner). We waited and waited and we weren’t seated until 8:40pm. Half of our table showed up and we placed appetizer and drink orders. A couple minutes passed and everyone showed up and more drink orders were placed. By then, it was already 9. Let’s just say that it took 20 minutes to get waters and it took longer to get a couple long islands. Appetizers didn’t come out till 9:45pm and our dinner came out around 10pm. The servers were terrible! We didn’t get refills on our waters, our food was like warm, and some of our orders were forgotten. We asked to speak to the manager about the situation and all he said was«okay, we will get them out as soon as possible». The manager didn’t seem to care much and we even had one of our members drinking and she had to nibble on celery because it took one hour for her chicken and broccoli to come out. The service was just. TERRIBLE! How can you have a large group drinking and not even have appetizers ready? I can honestly say that this TGIFISSOMESHIT. Excuse my French but I cannot even deal with writing this review. Sigh, so let me continue. The salmon with«fresh» salad and rice was terrible. The rice was hard and too sticky. The salmon was dry and it did not have much flavor. The salad was not fresh and the portion was just.unfortunate. Almost as if someone had spilled some tomatoes and baby strips of cheese. The Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta was okay. Not the best that I’ve had but it was edible. Sloppy presentation. To sum it all up for you. the servers were unprofessional and terrible at their job, the food was even worse, the drinks were all watered down, and the manager didn’t seen to care one bit. Sigh, oh my goodness. I swear this was by far THEEEWORST! I will not be returning!

My fav all American restaurant in my good old high school days! And that was about the last time I visited a TGI Friday. With their returned endless appetizers offer, I decided it was worth a revisit especially with my parents who had never been. For $ 12 per person, my parents learned that american cuisine goes beyond ginormous burgers and steaks. Props to our waiter, Israel, for continuously replenishing our orders — 12 platters of Mozzarella sticks, BBQ chicken flatbread, chicken tostadas, boneless wings(Memphis BBQ. Parmesan garlic), and my old time fav — potato skins. I was a bit bummed that they were out of bacon mac and cheese bites — but nothing an extra order(or 2) of BBQ chicken flatbread couldn’t fix! Although we enjoyed the food and service, we only see TGI Friday as «once in a few year» treat — I think I woke up three times from indigestion that night. My no longer teenage stomach might not show as much love for TGIF as it used to but my heart still agrees TGIF as her fav American chain around.
