Smoothie King

The customer service is great but facilities are horrible. I saw a cockroach crawl under the smoothie blenders and the entire restaurant smells like rotting fruit. The manager of this Smoothie King needs to call pest control ASAP.

Pretty good service. I enjoyed this Smoothie King with my Strawberry Blueberry Greek yogurt smoothie. I’m a big fan of Smoothie Kings and I would like to go here more often to get smoothies. I recommend this one.

Wow. This is terrible. I ordered a pineapple pleasure, and all I taste is banana. No pineapple. None at all. Only banana. I wish I liked banana more and pineapple less, but I don’t. No love for the Smoothie King.

I wish you were a robeks, I wish you had healthier options being as close as you are to me, I wish you would use whole fruits and veggies instead of canned, frozen and processed, I wish…
I gave you 2 stars because you finally decided to get Kale, carrot and yogurt, it took you long enough.

This place is right by my office so sometimes I stop by for a breakfast smoothie. I have yet to try anything but the Pineapple Pleasure, but I can say that it’s always delicious and the guy that works here is always very nice.
One of these days I’ll try a different smoothie!

I like to order the Strawberry smoothie… every time I have come they’ve been good. The staff is just okay. The first time I went in, however, there were fruit flies buzzing all over the place… kind of disgusting. But, seeing as it’s a chain, I wasn’t really looking for anything gourmet.

First time at smoothie king tonight after I went to Oriental East for dinner and I have to say it was a nice surprise. The juice/​smoothie bars that are in this area are generally pretty lame whereas there seem to be a lot of good ones out west (like Jamba juice). Price is on par with a Jamba juice, Robeks. Got the banana boat smoothie tonight — too bad it wasn’t a hot summer night to fully enjoy it! Will return when I am back in this area for dim sum!

I am not a regular smoothie drinker, but once in awhile I love to pop in after a workout and order a nice, cold, smoothie loaded with vitamins — my cravings have always been satisfied by this SK, two thumbs up!

I’m addicted to SK! love smoothies and totally love the idea of having energy shots and vitamins added. Dont forget to grab a punch card so you can work your way up to a free smmothie!

The smoothies here are pretty good. The only thing about this location is that they don’t honor all coupons!

I made my first trip to Smoothie King and ordered one of their «healthy» Orange and Vanilla smoothies — I first asked if they had samples, which they didn’t, and I thought that kinda sucked. With sooo many smoothies to offer, and smoothies you have never had before, you would hope to avoid getting stuck with a smoothie that looks/​sounds good, but isn’t. The guy behind the register was cool and said if I didn’t like what I got, I could try another. I declined and just rolled the dice. Anyway, the smoothie was AWFUL. The orange taste in the smoothie was tart and overpowering, and tested very artificial. Oh well. So, I gave them another chance today and got the Vanilla «healthy» smoothie. Again, disappointed. The Vanilla tasted like banana! I am wondering if the guy made a mistake on my order. 2 visits, 2 bad smoothies. I actually went to Whole Foods and got a peach-​pear smoothie which was pretty good. Nothing fancy, but good. I won’t give up on Smoothie King yet — Maybe I just have hit bad luck. Hopefully the 3^rd time will be a charm… lol

I’m intrigued by the concept of Smoothie King — energy infused fruit smoothies. There are some fantastic drinks here, with flavors you may have never tasted before!
Drinks are a bit pricey, but well worth it. Just try to get over the teenage waitstaff and you’ll be fine.

my small smoothie came out to 8 $. that is way too much for any smoothie. i usually make the exact same smoothie at home but i got hungry while in the area. i got orange, mango, banana with green tea and fiber. i can get the same thing, with REAL fruit and protein and skim milk for half that price at starbucks across the street.

I had never been to Smoothie King before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I wasn’t interested in one of the health/​fitness smoothies; I just wanted something that tasted good. Well, my Peanut Power Plus Chocolate smoothie certainly delivered. It was surprisingly good and tasted just like a peanut butter cup (I could taste the banana too). And Gloria is correct that the «small» size is more than enough. I’ll definitely come back for my smoothie fix.
