I have a tremendous amount of respect for Dr. Saedi. I will always credit him for helping me weather the storm regarding a few health issues. While he’s a nice guy and very good at what he does, I had to find another doctor, and here’s why.
He has a tendency to not hear you and because of that his notes from previous sessions are incorrect. Often during follow-​up appointments, I found myself correcting him as he reviewed his notes. At first I thought it was his way of seeing if I remembered what I was supposed to do; but after a while, I could tell that wasn’t the case because I noticed him correcting his files as we went along.
However, the primary reason why I stopped coming here, was due to his administrative staff. The people who ran the front office were terrible. Twice they made appointments for me on days when Dr. Saedi wasn’t even in. Seeing how I had to take time off of work to attend, you can imagine my frustration when I arrive for my appointment, just to be told that the doctor wasn’t in. On top of that, I had to make a nuisance out of myself to make sure that messages I left for the doctor were relayed. After this happened one too many times, I decided to move on.
So, while I credit Dr. Saedi for helping me through a rough time, I can only give a three star rating due to his inconsistent notes, and his unsatisfactory administrative staff.

Worst doctor I have ever had. Doesn’t listen and ignores you. He is only interested in looking at your test results. Office staff is not competent and tells you wrong information. Had to wait 5 weeks to get lab results when they said they would be ready the next day. Staff is not friendly and are mismanaged. Would not recommend.
