Absolutely atrocious experience… Ordered a large pizza before 7pm for delivery in «about 45 minutes.» After 60 minutes, the pizza still hadn’t been delivered. Called and was hung up on literally FIVE times. Finally got through on my sixth try (90 minutes had transpired) and I was connected to a call center (and spoke with a woman named Lisa) and told the location was closed. No pizza, no excuse, no apology… I was simply left stiffed and having made to wait 90 minutes for a delivery that never came. Unbelievable.

Called in an order for a pizza late one night last week. I went in to pick it up (mind you this was right before they were about to close), and it was ready in ten minutes. The cashier was super friendly for good measure.
I try to stay away from fast food, but if I order another pizza anytime soon, I’ll be coming back here.

The four stars is because I like Pizza Hut. I’ve been coming here since 20 years ago.
I’ve noticed some change since the 90’s. It’s more spacious. Customer service is not all that great. But what do u expect from low wages paying people? U didn’t didn’t expect a royal treatment, did u?
Almost all the times that the person who’s taking my orders over the phone is, well, not very professional, if u ask me, and yeah, kinda rude — not how you would wanna be treated as customers. But oh well, maybe they don’t like their job as much.
So I just order, pick my food up, and just leave. I disregard how they are. So yeah, the four stars is being a Pizza Hut lover.

We like the pizza so we’ve kept coming back, despite the slow delivery and food not arriving hot. We always do the survey and say the food should be warmer but nothing ever changes.
Last week we ordered the big dinner box with wings, breadsticks, and 2 pizzas and EVERYTHING was cold. I don’t just mean it wasn’t hot, it was COLD. We’ve finally had enough and will not be going back.

Service is horrible here. I submitted my order online thinking that my pizza would be ready when I arrived to pick it up.
Well, the pizza was definitely ready. However, to my dismay the cashier had given my pizza another customer. :-(On a positive note, the manager did give me a discount for the inconvenience.

Worse Pizza Hut ever. Poor customer service and there is literally about 5 employees and about 2 of them just stand there while staring at wall. Recommend shutting down this Pizza Hut restaurant or revamp the staff there.
