Pizza Hut

Avoid at all costs. If you want good pizza go to Ledos up the street. This place is a poor excuse of a restaurant. They skimp on all toppings and pizza is always dry. Also The wings barely have any sauce on them. Bad management obviously.

I love pizza and I love pizza hut, there customer service is sooooooooo bad. I know the restaurant opens at 11, so I even made it a little easier and placed my order online. 11:08 am too be exact. It’s now 12:30. So I call too see what he status was, and the cashier I believe explained that there driver just came in and your foods leaving now. Wth! I mean good customer service, somebody should’ve at least called and let me know it’ll take a little while, I mean that’s what my managers teach me. I asked too speak too one too, and she’s not even in her mind a great one. NOT EVEN trying to get something for free because that’s not he point she didn’t even apologize and she rushed me off the phone after I told her I’ll keep my order and she wasn’t going to send driver out until my answer! Like really? Lmao. I’m over this location because there seems too be an issue every single time. Oh and my foods still not here!

Only reason I’m not giving less stars is because the food from here has been spot on since day 1 and I order many times a month, however, I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had from here ever. I ordered via the pizza hut app which said my pizza would arrive in 50 minutes. I had no problem with this, it was normal. This time however, the delivery guy came 30 minutes late, my pizza was cold, and so were the breadsticks. This is especially ridiculous because I live a 5 minute drive from there. Moreover, the pizza I received lacked the crust flavor and sauce drizzle and instead, I was given the sub-​par «crunchy cheese» crust which, frankly, tastes like burned cheese on a hard, dry crust. On top of that, there was absolutely no sauce in the pizza whatsoever and one order of breadsticks (pizza came with 2 orders) was the same as the crust I got which tasted aweful. Worst experience I’ve ever had from there. Didn’t complain or ask for my money back though because the food is usually very good. I will be ordering from there again, but I hope to have better luck next time or they will never get my business again.

I was about to order pizza from this place online cause I saw on their ad «Free breadsticks, if you sign up» so why not so I had two medium pizza and a chicken alfredo. When I enter the coupon code it for the free bread sticks the website decline it, so called Pizza Hut about this problem I have, the first person who answer the phone sound like he didn’t speak alot of English so he put me on hold for the last 5 mins, he ask me how can he help me I ask him about this situation I have with the free breadsticks and he’s response: «ah ah i i hold up pass you to other person» ._​. So second on the phone was extremely rude he start shouting about the breadsticks coupon that I have to order a chicken Alfredo with the breadsticks than I’ll get a free bread sticks so basically I would have two order of bread sticks I told him I only need one order of breadsticks not two orders of it. Than he start shouting again saying I have to order that in order for me to get the free breadsticks I told him the coupon I’ve placed is the two medium pizzas, One order of chicken alfredo, and I just want the breadsticks you guys promise for the website sign up, He scream at me saying «YOU CAN ONLY USE ONE COUPON» and hang up. Like I don’t know what type of business their running id cancel my order and NEVER GOING TO ORDER PIZZA HUT FROM HERE AGAIN. «RUDE EMPLOYEES» «POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE»

Review based strictly on service:
I usually order for delivery but since I was down the street I thought I could swing by for some pizza. The gentleman working the front counter didn’t seem to care too much about greeting customers but I’ll let that slide.
He did, however, seemed a bit agitated with whoever customer he was on the phone with. Sitting here waiting for my order is rather uncomfortable when I hear him practically screaming at the person on the other end of the line. Most definitely will be coming in and ordering my food and waiting for my food out in my car…

I guess pizza hut isn’t the greatest pizza on earth, but I have definitely had better at other locations, it was just okay.

I ordered a pizza online on a Sunday afternoon. After ordering, I was told delivery time would be 2 hours 38 minutes… totally ridiculous. To be fair, the pizza was delivered in 90 minutes. I got a call from the driver instructing me to meet him in the lobby of my building for delivery. I have ordered many pizzas from Pizza Hut and they are always brought up to my apartment. I instructed him to do so and he told me he could not, that it was not allowed. He hung up on me. I then received a call from a woman at the store. She told me it was my building’s policy, which is not true, and that the delivery man was waiting in the lobby. I explained to her that I am partially disabled and that coming down to the lobby was very difficult, but that did not change her story. I went down and spoke to him. The concierge and two security guards both told him that there was no policy prohibiting him from bringing the pizza up to my apartment. He just clearly did not want to do his job. I paid him (no tip) and took my COLD pizza upstairs. This Pizza Hut location has a history of extremely slow delivery, frequently well over an hour, but this experience was the worst.

Came in 20mins till closing and the staff was great. Got my pizza right out of the pan.

My girlfriend and I went to this local pizza hut since it is the closest one to us. We ate in since we wanted hot pizza. For one, we were the only people there. On a busy road on a Saturday im suprised it was empty and I now know why.
We get our food later and it was good, pizza was nice and hot, blah blah blah. The wings for one are garbage. The sauce (buffalo mild) was the reason so I overall hated it. Nobody came to check on us to see if we were fine so it failed on the restaurant part per say.
Now here is when things get terrible. I go to the restroom to wash my hands grease filled hands and become completely disgusted and understand why the place is empty. The men’s room was one of the filtiest restrooms I’ve seen in the white oak area. There was graffiti, piss on the walls, nothing at all was clean and it was horrifying. I will never come to that «restaurant» ever again.

This is the best pizza hut in the area. I always pick up since they do not deliver to my house and the one that does is pure shit. They always have my pizza in a timely manner, made just how I asked. Sometimes the box has smashed the pizza a bit but its how it goes. Go to this pizza hut if you’re in the 10miles of any other.

This place is also a WingStreet and let’s just say I would not order from here again. The wings were small and didn’t taste great. When the manager was taking my order, he paused to answer the phone (not a problem at all for me). But he proceeded to almost yell at whatever customer he was talking to. He also scolded some of the staff in the back. Either way it’s not somewhere I would visit again.

On May 3, I placed an online order. It was estimated be delivered in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, I called the store to make sure the order had gone through. I was assured that it had been, and that the driver was en route. After another hour, I called again and spoke to the manager (a woman). She told me the order was en route and should have arrived much earlier. At that time, our order was delivered. She assured me I would have a store credit for the amount of my order due to all the problems we’d had. Fast forward a month and I finally feel brave enough to try again. When I called, an Asian man who said he was the manager answered. He proceeded to tell me I only had a $ 5 credit and «besides you waited a month to call». So… buyer beware… chances are you’ll get cold food hours after you order it, followed by a rude ass manager. I’d recommend anywhere else but there.

The pizza looked poorly made even for Pizza Hut standards. Also was not done by the stated time. Not a lot of great pizza in the area, Ledo’s is pretty good and little Caesars is fast so either of those, which are across the street are probably better.

hut. ever! I will preface this with both my wife and I work and don’t have time many days to make dinner so we order out. A lot. Have order from here at least 10 times, keep ordering because try are the only pizza/​wing delivery in the area. 99% of the time they will be 30min or more late. Today, 50 mins late. When you call them to ask where your order is they always say the driver just left, 20 mins later he might show up (keep in mind I live 1 mi away). Was told today he had a flat tire, but when he showed up, his car wasn’t using a spare tire. Hmmm… When they do arrive, they bring the wrong order, or parts of order are missing. Ive called to get missing items delivered and was asked if I was serious because they didn’t want to drive back out to my house! They did offer me a $ 15 voucher for my next order once, but when i called to use it they said they never gave me one and the offer was not valid. If you can help it, do not get delivery from this pizza hut. I’d give it negative stars, but I can’t.

I know most pizza-​snobs hate Pizza hut but it’s still very popular overseas so I thought to try one today. I’ve been searching for pizza-​hut for a while in DC but couldn’t find one but then I saw this place not too far from my work.
Not like Domino’s pizza, there are quite a few tables where you can sit down to eat your pizza if you want.
Before I went there, I was going to try stuffed pizza but I changed my mind to get Pizza mia when I ordered one. It comes with whole-​milk mozzarella cheese w/​tasty tomato sauce. Crust was like NY style. Not too thin but not thick like hand-​tossed crust.
For $ 5.99, I got medium size piping-​hot cheese pizza and it wasn’t a bad deal at all, considering $ 3 for just one big slice of sitting-​there-​for long pizza at most other places.
When I want cheap but freshly-​made pizza, I would consider trying pizza-​hut again.
