Therapists are nice, professional, caring, good at troubleshooting. They are better for less athletic people. I doubt any pro athlete would rehab here. There is not much equipment but it is all in good shape. Three or four clients are being juggled at the same time, kind of successfully. There is down time. The receptionist is rude, like a school administrator that has tenure and doesn’t care.

i’ve gone to Pivot a few times now for different reasons. i needed PT after I got severely rear ended in an automobile accident last year. i also called upon Pivot when my recent pregnancy caused back pain that I couldn’t handle. And now finally, post-pregnancy, I have a ruptured disk as a result of labor, and PT is the only thing that makes me feel better. Various doctors have tried to throw narcotics and muscle relaxers my way, but Reena(the physical therapist at Pivot) has helped me figure out what combinations of exercises truly alleviate my pain. And while no one likes homework, she spends time with me to ensure that i can perform the same or similar exercises at home. Reena really takes time with her patients to get to know their cases. She has a terrific bedside manor and is enjoyable to be around, as are her team members(Lulu is so funny)! Rosaline at the front desk is super accommodating and works to get you on the schedule. I can’t thank Reena and her team enough for nursing me back to health, over and over again.

My experience with this clinic was overwhelmingly positive. The entire staff was attentive and made me feel comfortable from day one. Reena does a great job offering helpful solutions and spends time with her patients. No one looks forward to PT but the crew at Pivot Silver Spring made it as pleasurable as possible.
