I moved into an apartment managed by Keller Associates Inc in September. In October, the sink was stopped up and I called management for help. They had someone out to unclog it that very afternoon. Maintenance has been the same ever since. Management is friendly and responsive. I could not be happier with my apartment. The also have a great website:

I attempted to work with them. They failed to have keys available for a showing. Fred told me to wait a couple days and he would have keys. A couple days later, the property listing showed expired. I talked with Fred and he said it was now under contract. The next day, it shows active again. I call Fred and he says Lois was out of town and did not change status. I asked who changed from expired to active and why not under contract and Fred hung up. This is a sorry group trying to ride the coat tails of Keller Williams name. Apparently, (there is no website) they are so old and behind the times they don’t realize they are supposed to obey Maryland Real Estate Law
