The Service is always a nightmare… They work like they don’t care, there is never a good customer service and it feels like they don’t even want to be there(all of them) Today it was great by a new Dominican guy… I don’t like Burger King but my daughter loves it… So it’s Friday and she choose where we are going to eat… We were eating and this thing(something I don’t know what was) came out of the meat… Speechless told her to stop eating… No more Burger King… Or at least not this location…

Less than one star because they somehow managed to give us a burger with a piece of meat and lettuce. No condiments or anything. We ordered a Halloween whopper. How do you mess up like that? We noticed the mistake when we got home and we had to drive all the way back. When we showed them the receipt and burger, they just said ‘oh’ and gave us a actual Halloween burger. They were reeeeaaaally polite. It was such a lovely experience. Never going to this location again.

Agree with previous reviews. They seem to go out of their way to mess up an order, the store workers all appear to be teenagers that stumble around high. I wouldn’t be surprised if they never received any training considering the way some talk to the guests. I’ve gotten delivery twice as well, first time took almost 2 hours, second time they attempted murder by putting one ingredient im allergic to(and specifically instructed to leave off) all over the food. The customer service does not exist because they don’t answer their listed fax number lol one time I actually spoke with a manager he called me from his person cell– AWKWARD!

Zero stars. This is the worse BK ever. Every time they get my order wrong. I usually do delivery and the last straw was when they left out a burger. We tried to call the store but the only number we could find was a fax number. How does a store not have a phone number? Sounds like they got too many people calling to complain that they got rid of their phone. They have robbed me of my money long enough. Stay clear of this location and spend your money at a place that respects their customers.

This place is ridiculous. We received an original chicken instead of Big fish and an Ice tea instead of a Coke. We went through the drive through so we should have checked our order before leaving. I mean seriously. And these are same type of people who are crying about wanting to increase the minimum wage to $ 15. If they can’t do their $ 8.50 an hour job right then I wish management here would hire people who can. Especially when it comes to the drive through. I don’t know where communication is breaking down in this place. My receipt is correct, but what ended up in our bag was very wrong. Plus, before writing this review I tried to call to speak to the manager. If the manager would have addressed my issue, I wouldn’t be writing this review. There was no phone number on the receipt. I searched online and the number that kept showing up was 301−962−8158. However, when you call it rings like a fax number and doesn’t work. I went to the BK main website and send in an email form through there. We’ll see how they handle this. If they are professional about it I’ll update my review. Until there, beware and check your order! This store isn’t run professionally.

Order took forever to come and its passed an hour and 40 minutes and it still hasn’t come. The number given does not work and is probably a fax number. Never order from here it is not worth it.

Good Burger King, but it needs to be a little bit cleaner in the bathrooms and in the tables. Most of the time when I eat in there, there’s crums and pieces of trash in the tables. They I’ve us good customer service there as far as we’re there.

Bad stale coffee, tasted like brown muk !! price listed on menu is not what they charged. thought that illegall! Got my change back! Dirty water left in a cleaning bucket, near juice dispenser and condiments. Yikes. .my bacon burger, was missing bacon, looked like THEY left it at the pig farm… omg! That place is disgusting dirty, floors were sticky. .manager looks mad, and I think they forgot that this is THEUSA. SPEAKANDLEARN English! Even with a coupon am not ever returning there… WOW. .WOW sad !! Please find cleaner bk’s to eat at, short supply around here..

): Burger King was more than decent when it comes to food choices and quality. Recently however, they seem to have gotten in a burger arm’s race(if you will) against McDonald’s. BK seems to imitate every popular McDonald’s dish, and IMHO they don’t really come close. Burger King is still OK, but the quality has really plummeted recently.

Best drive through ever. The employee manning the drive though mic on 8÷5÷14 at 11:09 pm was great, even this late in the day. The order went smooth and flawless in the drive through even though we had 2 coupons!

Most of the time, I’ve had a good experience with delivery from this location. The prices are reasonable(they have lots of discount codes) and the food arrives in about 45 minutes. Love the mozzarella sticks! However, it’s not always perfect; one time recently it took over 90 minutes for the food to arrive.

I really wish there was a «no star» option!!! We have ordered online and at the store. They have not gotten the order right once in the last 3 years!!! Tonight was the last time we will order from here. Not only did they not give us the added bacon, cheese or peppers, they refused to credit us the difference because we refused to wait another 45 – 50 minutes for them to send us replacement burgers(this was at 7pm by now) I have complained before. I have stopped ordering for months at a time before but the food was always better then the alternatives locally and they delivered. I am tired of paying extra money to get a burger wrong and the restaurant refusing to fix the situation by correcting the staff for the error or refunding us when the mistake is made(16 times so far!!!) I officially give up on this place. The worst Burger King EVER!!!

3.5 stars. This special Burger King — a stone’s throw away from one of my favorite Asian supermarket’s(the dirty and crowded but lovable and inexpensive Korean Korner) — stands a head above the rest. Why, you ask? Well, in addition to… * a lightning fast drive thru(a testament to a very efficient staff) * a clientele as diverse as the United Nations on any given afternoon * onion rings and fries that are served piping-hot and crispy the majority of the time(i.e. sample size of 3 out of 3 visits) * full dollar menu goodness …they also have a highly-entertaining secret weapon: The Constantly Up-Selling Drive Thru Window Lady!(CUPDTWL for short). This lady is an incredible(and unintentionally hilarious) saleswoman. To paraphrase the great Jay-Z, she can«sell ice in winter, sell fire in hell, she is a hustla, baby, she’ll sell water to a well.» Here’s how my first trip through this BK’s drive-thru went: Me: Hello? CUPDTWL: Welcome to Burger King! Would you like to try our Triple Whopper with cheese? Me: ?!? Um, no thanks… Hmmm, I think I’d like…(eyeing dollar menu) CUPDTWL: Our Steakhouse XT Burger is very good. Me: What? CUPDTWL: That’s seven ounces of flame-broiled beef with crispy onions and A-1 Thick and Hearty sauce in a corn-dusted bun. Me: Wow… ummm…no…can I just have a Whopper Jr. and… CUPDTWL: The combo yes? Would you like cheese, bacon and jalapenos on that? Me: Wha – no…just the burger please. And a value onion rings… CUPDWTL: No combo? Me: Ummm…(doubting myself now… do I want the combo???) CUPDWTL:(excitedly) King-size is only 49 cents more! Me:(with supreme force of will) Uhhh… just the sandwich and dollar-onion-rings please. CUPDWTL:(incredulous) You don’t want drink? Me:(laughing now) No thanks, i’m not thirsty. CUPDWTL:(seriously) Sir, you want Apple Pie or Cheesy Tots? Me: Um, the burger and onion rings will be just fine. CUPDWTL:(genuinely sad now) $ 2.12 at the next window please. I don’t know if she always works the drive-thru, but if her melodious voice comes through that speaker box offering you the triple whopper with cheese, know that you’re in for a treat.
