THEWORSTEXPERIENCEEVER! I hired AAZ to move me from VA to San Diego. May 26th they arrive to load and charged me double the price I signed for. I told them I wanted my delivery date to be June 1…“no problem”. I made arrangements for storage and had folks ready to help me. No movers. They rarely answer their phone and they never call you back. I found out the truck was broken down in Texas(two weeks). Then I find out they are broken down in IOWA!!! Still couldn’t give me a date when they were going to be here. I had to reschedule storage 5 times! Plus had no clothes or anything so I could work. Finally they came on the 26th of June. Would not give me any discount for my inconvenience and expense… refused to release my things until I paid the full balance. Many of my boxes were damaged and dishes and glassware broken even though I had very fragile GLASS clearly marked on the boxes. I guess the thing that bothers me most is that they didn’t care about their customer. NEVER use this moving company if you don’t want to go through the same aggravation! BEWARE!

For people reading this review, my suggestion for you is «DONOTUSETHISFRAUDULENTSERVICE» from AAZ moving and storage. Please read below for my experience with them. This guy called BEN called me when I submitted for an online quote to move my apartment from Gaithersburg, PA to Harrisburg PA. He clearly explained me the quote, and mentioned that the time will be calculated from the time the dispatch arrives at my place to the time they disassemble, pack and load the truck, unload, unpack and assemble at the final destination. The total estimate quote was $ 450. He clearly mentioned about the following facts 1. travel time is being calculated only from MD to PA and that their company would not charge us from PA to MD, as he explained that he would consider the travel local. 2. There would be no gas charges for the truck as it is included in the package His team(3 people) arrive at our place, and start things very slowly to load the truck. I give them the benefit of doubt as it was snowing lightly on that given day in the morning. For one and half hour worth loading, they took 3 and a half hours. and then they took 2 and a half hours to drive 100 miles of freeway. After they arrived at the new place, the guy brings me a revised quote of $ 1170. Keep in mind that original quote they gave me was $ 450. While I clearly understand that the quote is subject to a 20 — 30% increase, given the nature of work, they more than doubled the price. I spoke to the guys BEN and YACOV who were very rude in their conversations threatening me that if I dont agree to pay, they would just leave with all my belongings. The new and extra charges they had in my revised quote were 1. 4 hours of extra labor work which was 4X $ 95(for 3 people) 2. Supplies used for shipping $ 110(never mentioned, but hey did use some tape and blankets) 3. $ 90 worth gas(which BEN mentioned that they would not charge) 4. $ 190 for their return trip(which BEN never mentioned) In the end they just waived off the gas charges, but I had to pay a total of $ 1072 The only good thing was that all my stuff arrived OK with a few dings to my couches and TV stand. SUMMARY: I would NOT recommend their service to anyone. There are other better options when I was researching in the area of MD, but I fell to their words that there would not be any extra charges and the lower initial price they quoted. Quite clearly, the people behind the computer and phone — BEN and YACOV/Jacob are dishonest, fraudulent and rude people. The way they conduct their business is clearly not trustworthy and recommend going through alternate options which are abundantly available
