Great restaurant with a wonderful staff and a manager who truly cares about his establishment. From the moment we walked in, my husband and I enjoyed the fun beachy theme and warm atmosphere. The food was excellent and I highly recommend the quesadillas! Two thumbs up for the best Tex-​mex we have found since our move down south! This is a new regular spot for my family and we absolutely love Munchies Olé!

My daughter and I recently stumbled upon the best kept secret in Hardin County!
We walked through the front door only to be greeted by the Owner and a friendly staff!
The cozy Restaurant was decked out in a fun Cozumel Beach theme.
We ordered the Homemade Guacamole and Queso dip! So good!!!
We then ordered the Chimmy Changa and Tacos for our lunch. So good ! So much better than other local competition!
We truly enjoyed our lunches in paradise and the owner and his great staff!
Munchies Olé is a for us!

My friend grew up in Silsbee and has great memories at Munchies. She took me there and reminded me not to have high expectations since we have tons of Mexican restaurants in our town to pick from. The chips, salsa and queso were all good. You get 2 choices of salsa: mild or hot. The staff and owner was both helpful and friendly. I ordered the fajita taco salad from the weight watchers menu. The décor was tropical and the music was great! (Early 80’s music) check out the light covers… you can see the clouds

I’ve had multiple bad experiences at Munchies Olé. First time was about 10 years ago. My order was wrong and when I took it back the owner would not refund my money or make my order right. So I just stayed away for 10 years.
The other day my girlfriend gets me a Togo order with no tomato. When she brings it to me and you can tell it had tomato on it but someone picked them off with their fingers. There were tomato seeds still on it and I’m highly allergic. Needless to say I won’t be back.

On a recent visit home, I had the opportunity to eat here twice. Both times were great experiences and awesome food! Unfortunately this is one of those places that is really a hit and miss. Some times it’s really really good. Sometimes it’s not.
If you’re heading through Silsbee, this is a good place to try. :)
