Ummm, yeah, no, don’t ho here. I love Chili’s but this place is not your standard chilis. The whole place reeks like cigarette smoke no matter where you sit. My husband ordered the fajitas and there was a hair in the food. The server was great and got a new order going however the manager could not manage to find the time to come to our table. The food with the hair sat on our table for almost 15 minutes! Really! I ordered a salad and it was drenched in dressing. I think I’ll drive to Beaumont to the other Chili’s. We will NOT be back!

I don’t know who would rate this place 5 stars, but this was horrible. For non smoking, I could smell smoke. And how do you burn everything from the drink to the dessert fudge. And I’m not kidding, everything was burnt. How do you make a mix drink taist two different ways on two different tries. Oh I know how, you burn it. This place is not a place I will return to. I feel sorry for the vets who had to dine on free horrible burnt food tonight. I can not say how much I’m disappointed, because they would probably burn that to. So please do not go here, or your only going to come out feeling burnt. Sorry to be a jerk, but not first time disappointment here.

This location of chilis is by far the worst. We hard Erica as a waitress. She was rude and not to mention trashy In appearance. The food was mediocre and service was barely tolerable. We won’t be back

Horrible service and food was below par. We went through 3 people just to get drinks and food ordered and brought to us and once the food came out it was not what we expect from a Chilis. The only compliment I will give is to the Cook that brought our and many others food out and made sure we didn’t need anything. It was like he was doing everyone’s jobs in the entire place himself

It’s not defamation when it’s the truth so here goes!!! Me and my classmates from Silsbee high attempt to get together once a month when I’m in town this time I suggested we stay close and patronage out local Chili’s so we did. BAD BAD BAD MISTAKE!!! Not only was our waitress was horrible she was discriminatory and stero type our decorum!!! She refused to serve us and even got into argument with three of us at the table because we said we no longer wanted her as our waitress!!! The manger Thomas came out and basically took her side so he was basically saying she was right when she was so wrong. I def think a lawsuit is in order against this establishment. Her name was Jennifer. They really should get rid of her ASAP but please wait until I file an official complaint. Our tickets were even wrong we had added drinks on our tab. It was just a bad night for this establishment!!!

From personal experience I don’t expect a whole lot from a Chili’s visit. Mediocre food, tolerable service, and a laid back atmosphere. As for this specific location it is the absolute worst I’ve been to. The service was awful, the food was so-​so, and the amount of white trash (staff included) in this place made me feel like I was at a Dale Jr. autograph signing. The only way I’d return to this place is if I’m tryin to lay this Gretchen Wilson look-​a-​like or just to cut people some people down… hard…you gotta cut ‘em down hard…
