RUT CAMP

Superhero RUT Camp has made Sundays my favorite day of the week. Each week I look forward to an intense and fun workout where I will completely push myself and test my limits.
I love that Timmie has us set goals and we are regularly seeing progress. I’m actually surprised at how much we have all improved in many aspects of our fitness programs even though many of us have only been able to attend one RUT camp session a week. After a little over a month, I already feel stronger in my strength training program and I’m faster in rowing and cycling.
I love that the program is so well thought out and organized. I’m not a runner (and have an injury), but I am still able to participate in every activity. Timmie plans for everyone’s needs and ability levels and actually designs the workouts ahead of time so that everyone is challenged to their fullest (without getting injured).
New equipment is always being added and the program is so unique. We are never bored!
I also love the positive atmosphere and camaraderie. Everyone is always so encouraging. We push each other and often times celebrate after with a group breakfast. I don’t know what I’d do without Superhero Sundays!!!

I love Sunday morning rut camp. I know it’s going to challenge me and push me harder than I’ve ever been pushed. Every workout is new (and hard). Just when I think I can’t do something coach Timmie is there to say yes you can and all while making sure the class has perfect form.
I get bored with the same old routines and cardio or feel like I’m not being pushed. So rut camp is perfect for me. It’s a great small supportive group that is there to work hard and have fun while doing it. On top of all of this Timmie teaches us something new about monitoring our heart rate and how to push more.
