My gf loves and swears by this brand. Because she is in the fitness industry and she also is from fountain valley and knows people who work for lvft! I bought her the cameo jacket and it is a cheap piece of crap! The fabric on it wore off within a week! And it isn’t waterproof! We sent it back and they said they would give us a refund. What was not communicated is that they were not giving us a full refund they were charging us to send back their crappy product! They charged us for shipping… How does that make sense?! You made a cheap jacket and charged $ 110 for it and we sent it back and you charge us?! Not ok! So glad I paid to send back something that was their mistake! Their customer service clearly needs a lot of improving! People seem to have problems there! Lvft I understand you are a small company trying to expand and be known so I suggest you get it together!

I’ve placed many orders with this company, big and small, and they’ve done nothing but provided me with excellent service. The brand is amazing and the clothes fit beautifully. I wear something LVFT every day! I will continue to represent the brand in the future. I’ve had the chance to meet the owner and other people with the company at fitness expos and they’re so humble! Keep up the good work and just sit back and watch this company grow!

Despite the unfortunate experiences listed with regards to LVFT I have had nothing but smooth and successful transactions. I have even received some items the next day. Yes it would be nice to have a live voice to speak to but this is a company that is still growing and I’m sure that will be an option in time. I would like to also say that in the midst of everything that the LVFT is doing out there grinding to put there promote their product and to continue to provide more to their customers and followers they graciously«make» time to respond to thier followers. I am a LVFT customer for life and I cannot say enough about the quality and feel of their brand. It just feel sooooo good on! So please be patient as they work things out their product is well worth it!

Horrible customer service. I ordered something on March 2nd. They said it would take 7 days to ship. Ok that’s fine. NINE days after, I get an email that says they had shipped out my package. Yay. I check tracking number on Friday(two days after the email) and it shows it’s not even in transit so I email their customer service to see where the heck my ONE item is at. THREE days later I get an email back that said my product is packaged and ready for pickup by UPS at 6pm(So it had not left the warehouse yet even though they told me it did 5 days prior). I email back and ask what the hold up was and why I was being told things that CLEARLY weren’t true. I get an email the next day saying my item is no longer available. wtf?! How did it go from being shipped to no longer available? Damn shame considering I really liked their apparel.

After multiple attempts at contacting Live Fit, the recipient of a gift messaged them on Instagram and finally received a response and email address from an employee named Omar. I then followed up with him about the exchange. I also mentioned their failure to respond back to my numerous inquiries, to which he apologized and said he’d «have their IT people look into it.» Since it was such a hassle and other consumers obviously had problems similar to ours(as well as missing orders as per their Facebook feed), the recipient opted not to do an exchange out of concern there’d be more issues with it. I’m a bit miffed he’s keeping the hat given the experience, especially since it advertises their brand, but since it was his gift, that’s his choice. Still, I won’t be purchasing any more merchandise from Live Fit in the future.
