Prior to LB Flooring, another company had poorly installed engineered flooring in my home and dragged their feet in terms of redoing for five months. Carlos came in and had to remove faulty flooring and adhesive. He then examined floor and determined what was needed before new installation. He was determined and confident that he could make necessary repairs and installation. And, he did!!!
I was so impressed and appreciative of Carlos and team that on the last day they were here, I made them a great homemade meal which I hope conveyed my extreme gratitude for a job very very well done.
