Can’t say how the Dr’s care is, never got to see him. As a Soldier I normally go where Triwest sends me. I arrived 15 minutes early as directed. The waiting room is about 4 seats then you have to move out into the outer hall for the building he is renting the office from. My appt was 1:30, I got there at 1:10 after watching everyone in the waiting room go back and leave then people coming in after me going back I went to front desk. I got the deer in the headlight look when I expressed displeasure that I was still waiting at 2:40. She couldn’t understand why I would mind waiting well over an hour. With no apology or explanation on why I was receiving such treatment I took my paperwork back and am not going to go to Tucson. Triwest will tell me local person I can see BUT we do have an choice if we don’t wish to see them.
