Terrible management! Machines that frequently break down. My personal experience is a dryer that melted some of my fabrics. Additionally a wash machine that started emitting a burning smell for someone else. Many customers have complained of similar experiences. In the summer the management turns off the air and allows the customers to bake with machines churning out additional heat. The manager must live cost by as they pop in for a few and take off leaving the place a mess during busy times. Bad form for business.
