This is one fabulous place! I have multiple food sensitivities(gluten, dairy and soy, to name a few) and have a difficult time eating out anywhere. But, on a whim one day, I went into this Noodles and had the best experience I’ve had in a long time. The manager, Danielle, spent quite a bit of time with me and the menu to find and modify a dish I could eat. She took special care to minimize my exposure to irritants-No easy task, believe me! I’ve been back several times, and Danielle has given my order special attention every time-even when it was busy. I’ve had these allergies a long time, and it’s not often I get the care I have received at this Noodles. I cannot neglect to mention that the food was pretty tasty, the dining area is clean and comfortable, and very user friendly. This is one of those rare finds-I recommend completely!

The Thai noodles weren’t bad, but not as good as something you’d get at an Asian restaurant. Girlfriend had the buttered noodles which she said were spiced well. Also, got to sit outside, so that was nice. Food is served to you where you sit.

I prefer my noodles cooked. Ordered the Thai Hot Pot and a side green salad. The green salad had a few black edged pieces of lettuce which looked more like spoilage than it having been smashed in the to-go container. Not a good sign. and the noodles in the soup seemed like some stiff instant noodle(as others here have noted), which wasn’t pleasant to eat, and didn’t have a good taste. Otherwise, the soup was tasty, and all of the other ingredients seemed fresh. Probably won’t return, as there are so many other restaurants who have good value and value quality of the ingredients they use.

they have a nice variety of meals and depending on the staff at the moment, they are either just plain nice or extremely welcoming. no bad attitudes there. great prices. they mess up orders sometimes but every place does once and a while, and if you tell them they will happily fix it for you(only has happened once to me though). overall a good atmosphere and good food place. frenchie fave.

Long-time fan. It helps that on my birthday they always send me a coupon for free noodles and won a drawing to invite several of my friends for free tasting. Good variety and have different size servings as well as cheap side soups and salads if you want to add on. Quick service but nicer and feels healthier than fast food. My favorites are alfredo montamore with whole grain linguine and pesto capattavi.

Wasn’t impressed today. My Japanese Pan Noodles and Thai Curry Soup didn’t appear freshly prepared at all, instead they looked like they’d been sitting under a heat lamp. The staff was cordial and friendly so 2 stars.

This was the worst noodle dish I ever had, everything tasted artificial like packet seasoning, the meat also had a weird texture to it too. I might be wrong and might have had one of the least popular dishes or caught them on a bad day but I couldn’t finish my dish it was so bad. The stars were for the hospitality, the staff were very friendly.

Went here on the suggestion of a friend and it was really clean. I liked that a lot. The food, itself, had the microwaved dinner taste. Not sure how best to describe it, but I ordered Japanese pan noodles and it wasn’t what I expected it to taste like. The noodles kind of had a rubbery taste and overall, the dish was just ok. I also got the potstickers on the side and those were pretty good…

Firs timer coming in for a half time snack and it was close and convenient. Was greeted ok can use a little bit more customer service cause obliviously I was standing at the wrong register. Placed my order price was reasonable. The time it took was a lol long for at the time that I went they weren’t busy. Literally it was me and 2 other people and they were eating already. But I took it home and it wasn’t bad. I might go back…

The food is good, not so tasty and I love the potsticks. I will be there when I get tired of burger, pizza, chicken wings, and etc. The size is quite small, even the regular size.

There was a lot of hype surrounding noodles and co for me so I was let down because their food is very standard. Not great, not bad.

Interesting concept for a chain! I came to use my free birthday bowl(woo!) and went with the whole grain Tuscan Fresca. I appreciated that the cashier told me I could add meat for free too – good lookin’ out! I went with grilled chicken. The pasta was cooked well but the white wine/olive oil sauce was the predominant flavor and made the whole thing quite greasy. I was shocked that for $ 2.59 to add chicken you barely get more than a few pieces! Definitely not something I would do if I wasn’t getting it for free. My family members got Pesto Cavatappi(not bad, not amazing), Pad Thai(I wasn’t impressed), the BUFF Japanese Pan bowl with seared steak(best of the bunch – flavorful steak and broccoli). My mom ordered the Tomato Basil Bisque which was quite tasty. We also had the Margherita flatbread – good flavor, a bit salty, but super small. Featuring 3 small pieces for $ 3.49 you may want to consider just getting another small plate for $ 4.69 for a better value. We also ordered garlic bread for $ 4.99. For that price you get 4 – 5 small pieces of cheesy bread and marinara sauce. I really loved the bread – perfectly fluffy inside and crispy outside, seasoned well, but 5 small pieces for $ 5?! Terrible value when you can get a small pasta order with more food for less money! Overall, the service at this location is great and the place is quite large and clean. However, the prices on some of these items don’t correlate well to the portion sizes. Next time I have a coupon I’ll go with one of the BUFF bowls.

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Great service, no line. Food is good and we come here often! Definitely recommend for a fast, reasonably priced dinner.

I miss japan today and felt like some jap noodles. Combined w/marinated steak and chicken noodle soup. They made me miss japan even more. The chicken noodle soup is okay but the udon is subpar. They put way too much soy sauce in there which is unhealthy and takes away all the beef flavor. The atmosphere is good though. Conveniently located on route 9, the restaurant is clean and has easy parking spots. Might just give them another chance next time.

Took the family to try something new tonight. There were definitely some pros & cons. Pros: No line, clean enough, reasonably priced, beer & wine available. The man who took our order & delivered the food to our table was very friendly. Cons: Cold atmosphere, food was just okay. I got Japanese Pan Noodles, hated the sauce & didn’t finish it. My noodles were chewy & seemingly undercooked. My son got the spag & meatballs, said it was ok. Bottom line: Just okay. I don’t feel the need to rush back any time soon.

When they first opened this place it was great … like, they were trying hard. Now … it’s like business as usual, only it’s not. Snarky service, under-cooked noodles(and I don’t mean al dente). It’s cold(the food and the dining space), and noisy. They have a great selection of food options but it’s just sorta half way there. I’m writing this off as just a funky day for them because my prior visits were really good.

I used to love this place, but not anymore. I ordered a Bangkok Curry bowl and said no mushrooms, with a side of Thai curry soup with no mushrooms. I got a tun of mushrooms in my Bangkok curry. Tons! It didn’t taste so great having to pick out a mushroom is each bite. My husband got Pad Thai and it was so dry and was lacking any peanut flavor.

For a Noodle’s this visit fell far short of my expectations. The line moved quickly and the food was served quickly. After that there isn’t much to write home about. The cleared tables were all left dirty. No one was wiping them down between guests, this isn’t a McDonald’s. I paid sit down prices for my meal. The portions were smaller than usual. We ordered a small mac-n-cheese with broccoli. There were FOUR single floret heads in the mac-n-cheese. This wasn’t a free add-on, I paid for it and got 4 florets that were about ¼″ in size. It was a joke. My wife got the Thai noodles and chicken. And it looked like they took some scrap chicken and put it on top. It wasn’t a nicely sliced breast-like piece laid over the meal as we’ve experienced many times before. My beef stroganoff(sp?) was OK, plenty of cheese and it was loaded with mushrooms but the beef was chewy and not tender. Overall, if you’re a Noodle’s fan, then prepare for disappointment. If you haven’t dined at Noodles, find another one to be your first experience.

I had the opportunity to sample the most popular dishes on Noodles & Company as part of a promotion of their 1stMA location. My favorites were the Med Salad with Chicken, Wisconsin Mac & Cheese, and Pad Thai. I was impressed with the menu offering more than just noodle dishes, since this chain is new to me. They have a beer & wine license at this store and also one of the crazy soda machines that have over 100 options.

Was it that I haven’t slept properly in days or that I was starving that led me to make such a poor choice? We will never know but one thing that I knew and should have known, was not to attempt to get ethnic food from a chain restaurant. Mistake number 1. In my opinion ethnic food should be fresh and full of regional flavors. You do not get that at Noodles & Company. I ordered the Japanese Pan Fried Noodles dish with the suggested shrimp. Mistake number 2. The noodles were burnt together and the whole thing simply tasted like soy sauce. Learn from me folks. Make sure you’ve had a full nights sleep and your previous meal was eaten at a reasonable time before wasting your money here. Nuff said.
