Do NOT go to this Mac. Went in to return a pair of completely unused eyelashes. I stood at the counter for a good 5 minutes before even being acknowledged, even though there were a total of 4 people in the store… They then refused to return my UNUSED eyelashes. No one has ever told me that they are nonreturnable. Doesn’t say it on the receipt either. They just lost a great costumer!

This is the only MAC location I will shop at. The team is always so friendly and never up your ass. They help with any questions and are just so sweet. I have been shopping here since I was 16 and I refuse to go to any other location because the staff doesn’t compare!

My wife had at an awful experience here at MAC today. After purchasing $ 200 worth of cosmetics about a month ago, she attempted to return a $ 30 item she had tried out after getting a bad reaction (broke out) with it. She spoke to a MAC employee who called her manager. After looking at my wife’s receipt and learning abt my wife’s bad experience w/​the product, the manager rudely shook her head left to right and refused to refund or give store credit to her. She didn’t explain why she couldn’t or wouldn’t in a caring manner but with a look on her face that ONLY her mom would like and said «NO»! I guess she doesn’t give a rat’s ass if she just lost a good customer. Bad business practice!!!

I absolutely love this place and the girls there are amazing. Very friendly atmosphere and the people there are true artists. I learned so much makeup tricks from them and they’re very sweet — good people. I love them.

This store was dead and there were only 2 people on staff during the holidays.
I came here since someone in SoHo misinformed me about their closing time and didn’t get the chance to buy my stuff before I left the city.
So I came here — staff was friendly, but I felt they should have place their towers a bit better, so you have the room to spin the Lipglass, Dazzleglass and Paint Pot towers.
