I didn’t think the service at this store could get any slower. I was so wrong! They now use a «take a number «machine at the cutting table. You’d think that would make wait times more bearable. Unfortunately, the person at the cutting table moves like molasses so number machine or not you’re still waiting 15 mintes to have a yard of fabric cut. Another employee came over to help. She felt the need to ask every customer about their purchase. Just measure & cut, then move on to the next customer. It’s not that difficult. The second employee left and the“manager» came to the table. He was pretty much a deer in the headlights so basically no one wanted him to wait on them. We were left with molasses lady. Every time I go to this store I swear it will be my last. I never learn!

O.K., i go in here from time to time. i go in knowing to expect no help, have slow cutters and no one at the registers. But my recent experience yesterday is resulting in my review.
I went in at 11 am on a Monday. one employee at register, one at the cutting table, and 2 employees helping customers. After one employee finished helping a customer, i asked for help, and was told that i would have to follow her around the store while she helped 2 customers before me.
I thought this was silly, so i said id stand there and wait for her. she replied that if i didnt follow her she would forget about me — said this in a threatening manner, like i better follow her or she would not attend to me.
i left and went to the upholstry store down the street.
