Pop-A-Lock of Shreveport

Excellent response time for an older lock issue at my residence. Yes, it’s not just opening car doors. Patrick fixed the problem quickly at a fair price. A highly professional outfit in all respects!

I spent all day waiting on them. I first called at 9:45 am and when I hadn’t been called back 11 am, I called again. I was told to be patient and I would be called. When I hadn’t been called still by 1 pm, I gave them a 3^rd call. This time, whomever answers their phones said that the locksmith was informed I was still waiting and if I hadn’t been called within 20 minutes to call again. 40 minutes later, I called back because I still had not been contacted. The answering service goofed up and I heard the entire conversation between them and the locksmith and then was sent to a prompt to leave a message. I just hung up the phone. Finally, at 2 pm I get a call from the locksmith and he tells me to get whatever I want from a home improvement store and call his line directly back and he will be on his way. At 2:20 pm I called him back, got voicemail, and left a message. 5 pm closing time I still had no call back.
Needless to say, this morning I called one of their competitors and the job was done in less than an hour. I wouldn’t call these guys unless you have absolutely no value for your time whatsoever.
