I have no idea why the service technicians with this company can’t NOT come out when they are advised not to. Every three months I get a bill for a residence I no longer own, and it’s gotten out of control. I don’t recommend simply because they can’t follow directions.

Three words come to mnd: Unreliable. Lying. Careless. I’ve been trying for more than a week to get a quote from these folks. I called last Thursday and was told I’d have a quote on Friday. Called Friday, they said they’d give a quote on Monday. Called Monday, they promised Tuesday. At this point the technician stopped answering/returning my calls. With this as an indication of their reliability, I called a week and a half after first contact to request a different technician. Was told they’d call by the end of the day or I should call them back. Told them if they didn’t call by the end of the day, I’d never call them again. I did not hear back. I suppose this is an indication that they don’t need business. Do yourself a favor and accommodate.

We hired J & J to control cockroaches, ants and other pests in our home. At first, I was not convinced that their service was actually effective, but now it seems to be working fine. At this point, J&J just does exterior treatments once ever 4 months, and I have not seen roaches or ants in my house in months. It is not cheap though: the cost is $ 85 a quarter, and their sales person will push you to sign a 1 year contract.
