Called to make my appointment and was on hold for 18 minutes then the person picked up the phone and said hello once and hung up on me immediately before I could reply. Never the less, I still gave them a shot and booked an appointment. My MT was Stephanie. She was good and didn’t try to chat during the massage. I had an overall pleasant experience and will be back. It wasn’t a GREAT customer service experience but Stephanie made up for that, so I’ll give them one more shot.

Thank you Connie for getting me all signed up today. I am excited for my massage in Plymouth tomorrow. Even though the membership side is a little scary,(you explained it extremely well) I am really happy that I am doing this for myself. It is going to make me such a better Mom and employee. I am planning on booking a standing massage for every Friday afternoon, since additional massages are so heavily discounted. It is going to be such an AMAZING way to go into the weekend. The massage therapists here are very good. Unfortunately that is the only thing that is good. I have been incorrectly billed more than once, it takes at least 15 minutes to check out after your massage and I have been called twice in three months and been asked to move my appointment. They need to go back to school on business basics.

I have been a customer here for over one year and have always had very pleasant experiences. Their rooms are always very clean with a nice atmosphere. The staff is friendly and scheduling is pretty easy. I’ve had several different massage therapist and they have all been good. This is not a luxury spa by any means, but and affordable place to get a nice massage. The only downside is they are always trying to sell their membership package and encourage you to add-on services.

I was recently here for an hour facial and an hour massage. The hour massage went fairly well. I received deep tissue massage and my only complaints were the the funky smell in the room. It smelt like dirty feet and it was hard to ignore and relax. After this, I had my hour facial which happened to be my first facial. It went okay, but I again found it hard to relax with the explanation of all the products being used. This probably wouldn’t have bothered me if all the products weren’t have later been shoveled down my throat in an attempt to get me to buy them for a mere $ 80. Then I had the displeasure of experiencing the lady at the front desk pressuring me to sign a contract for a year membership with the promise of having three days to cancel. Trust me. It’s not quite as simple and easy as they try to make it seem. Don’t sign anything without thoroughly reading what you are signing.

I went for the 2 hour of Bliss spa package. Michelle gave me the one-hour massage. She was great! Upper right back is my problem spot, and I could feel the difference after the massage. The facial is good, but the promotion of Dermalogica products is just not pleasant at all!(Note that there was NO promotion after the massage) I also agree with the review by Paula Z. regarding signs(all over the place) about amount to tip – these signs feel pushy, and when you pay at the front desk, rather than writing down the amount of tip you want to give on the receipt, the front desk staff will ask you how much tip you’d like to give! I will probably go back for Michelle’s massage, but definitely not facial!
