I really like Chipotle but this location is not one you want to go to. Burritos are under stuffed and not folded correctly — I had a leaker that I ended up eating as a bowl. Employees looked like they did not want to be there.

It’s clear that chipotle is a restaurant that supplies only the necessary ingredients that we all love so much. On the other hand the customer service is the problem, and at most chipotles this seems to be apparent. Employees walking away from their work, after doing a lackluster effort at folding the burrito. Id go back there and do the job myself if I wasn’t already so busy.

Wish I could select a zero star option. Employees need to smoke less weed on the job. This location gives chipotle a bad name. Employees don’t even greet you, just stare and wait for you to keep talking and still didn’t listen to what I said

I’ve been standing in line for 20 minutes. There are four people working the food line and I cannot believe how horribly slow this is. Don’t think we will be returning.

Ok so chipotle food is great, but a 10 minute wait in line at 4:30 in the afternoon to get to order. Not acceptable. Beginning to think this is a management issue. This team is slow. And… Just finished the order. Definitely a management issue

I’ve been to this location several times and it is, without question, the dirtiest Chipotle I have ever been to. Food on the floor, food on the tables, food overflowing from garbage cans. No visible effort to even attempt to redress the problems. Horrifying and awful.

We went in here this afternoon and the Chipotle was dirty, gross, and just overall a disgrace to the Chipotle brand. The one in City Center has a ton more foot traffic and they manage to keep their tables clean. Seriously. How hard is it? The floors were sticky, there was food particles all over the table. Turn around and run away. Far, far, away.

This place should close! There is not one ounce of customer service ability in the burrito makers. They have horrible listening skills. The only reasonable people was the cashier and the manager. But this place is past saving. Clean house or I’ll be one of many customers who will not be coming to this location. What a shame!

Contrary to what others have said, this is a great location! It may have had some hiccups at the beginning, but we go out of our way to come to this one now!

I would usually give a five star review. Unfortunately, we went for supper and ended up getting about 30−40% less than we usually do. The guy behind the counter was light handed with scoops. Definitively not enough food! Second, the chicken was cold. I don’t know what the issue was, but when we got home to dig in, there were cold spots wherever the chicken was. Not appetizing. If they would talk to their employees and make sure serving size is up to snuff and keep their food warm enough, that would fix my issues. Paying $ 16 for chips and two under sized burrito bowls is WAY too much!

This location is an embarrassment to Chipotle. On numerous occasions they have been out of one thing or another. I’ve had to wait wait over ten minutes to get eating utensils because they ran out. Several people waited as an employee went over to Target to buy more. The line is usually a long wait whether there are people waiting or not. It has terrible efficiency and it seems like they don’t follow the procedures of other locations. I have had bad experiences here due to poor service. In addition, I have waited over 15 minutes as they make new lettuce. Ironically, I was one of three people in the store. Meaning their was plenty of time to catch up on items they were behind on. This always seems to be the problem for this location. Tonight, I go in to get a salad bowl and sure enough, out of lettuce. As i ask for a salad bowl the man taking my order says«we are out, sorry» — can you make more? The man says«we are out, sorry.» Terrible service. Awful efficiency. Poorly managed Chipotle. Disappointed to say the least.

Not that I’m a big fan of chipotle, but this is the worst one. How can you be out of lettuce? Clearly management is not on top of their game. Thankfully the new Noodles is now open across the street. :)

Playing Milton Nascimento ftw! We ordered amazing catering, which was still quite generous for our large party. I highly recommend it.

If you have a lot of time to waste this is the place to go. You will stand in line for a very long time before you can place your order, it just does not move as fast as other locations and if the line is at the door you might as well turn around and drive to Roseville, you’ll probably get there and back before you ever made it up the line!

It’s Chipotle. How could you rate it at anything less than 5 stars?! It’s delicious, nutritious, fast and cheap. The store is clean = 5 stars. it’s busy, so plan for that. The staff is friendly and efficient.

This is consistently the worse Chipotle location I’ve ever been to! They’re slow and put off when you ask for extra… and when I ask for extra beans I mean beans not bean juice seriously always close to a cups worth of bean juice everytime. Super skimpy on toppings and news flash lettuce is cheap load it on sans attitude please. I guess I just have to face it, if I want a decent burrito I’ll have to drive over to Roseville. :(

They are Always running out of essential ingredients. It’s sad that they will probably stay in business because of people’s love for chipotle.

The music is too loud so you have to repeat your order over and over. Since they couldn’t hear, they put hot sauce on my son’s burrito and had to start over. The service is awful and they act like you are wasting their time.

Customer service seems to be their lowest priority. I walked in at 5:30 pm, and although there were seven or eight employees on the clock, only ONE of them was working the counter. This sole employee was both taking and MAKING the orders all by herself while the rest of the staff hung out in the kitchen. I watched this for about 15 minutes, and unfortunately so did the useless cashier at the far end of the counter. After calculating the wait time and sensing tempers flaring in the long line, the Leann Chin next door suddenly sounded good. They earned my $ 25, and made me want to return because of their good service. There are three other Chipoltles near me, so I can’t see myself going back to this one.

Don’t go here on a Friday night! We spent a good 45 minutes in line alone(it was inside the doors too!)! They could have used another two or three people on the line(especially for a Friday night). Seating is very very limited compared to other locations. Tables were filthy. We won’t be back during peak hours.
