Excellent service. Delicious food. Fast service. They even have a nice outdoor deck. So happy to find this gem in our neighborhood! Everyone we bring there also says how much they love it!

Absolutely delicious dinner. We moved to WA about a year ago and have not been able to find a traditional Mexican restaurant until now. Margarita was tasty and Pollo Mole was absolutely Devine. My husband had a combo dish and he enjoyed it thoroughly. Sopapillas scrumptious

Good Mexican food, but more of an Azteca feel than real authentic Mexican food. Service is great and food is prompt. However, I feel as though they are incredibly overpriced. It may be due to the location and the rent, but I think they could do more business with more reasonable prices. The fried jalapeños are great!!!

Visited with my family on a weeknight. Pros– very prompt service. Adequate portions for the price. Plenty of parking. Warm tortilla chips. Cons– weak margarita– glad i didn’t upgrade to premium cocktail. A little too spicy salsa. Ok for me but way too hot for my parents. Felt rushed with the ordering and paying of bill.

Worst taco salad of my life. Guac was disgusting. It’s formulaic sloppy hot plate but low grade ingredients. No clue how it has a four star rating.

Got really excited about the molcajete on the menu. Was was not even close to what I expected. The waitstaff hover and try to get you drunk on overpriced crap margaritas. You are way better off just getting a bottle of patron and hitting up any local taco truck. You’d save $ and get better food that way.

This place serves good solid Mexican food but their hours are incorrect. They’re aware of the problem but they’re not interested in fixing it. I find that to be quite frustrating.

Puerto Bonito is a great newer addition to the Richmond beach area. The food is standard, not mind blowing, but it is good, filling, and comes at a good price. The service we received was excellent. The manager sat us on the back patio and came out repeatedly to check on us even though we were the only ones out there. He also had a great sense of humor and came out with jokes and good conversation every time. This is the best family mexican restaurant in the area.

Puerto Bonito is solid for your family Mexican restaurant. Service is very friendly and food quality is generally good. I tried the Pollo Asado which was excellent. Great for kids as well. My only complaint is the pricing seems extremely high for casual Mexican(entrees around $ 18) for lunch.

Almost perfect dinner. Only complaint is how expensive EVERYTHING seemed to be. $ 18 for a large plate with a thin layer of food. However, tasty, really tasty. Our server, christian was stellar, on all accounts. Next time I go there, I hope another server has his demeanor, skills, and knowledge. A++

You guys are like part of our family, or maybe we are part of yours but either way we love you. First time we went there we knew this was our favorite restaurant in town. Thanks for treating us always wonderful. We come so often now you have our order memorized. I’d give you a million stars if I could! 11÷01÷15. Why are you getting rid of my favorite waitress and cutting my favorite editor hours! Boo!!! It’s not the same in there :((

The food was OK, nothing special. No warm chips to start but that would have been hard to do since there appeared to be no heat on in the place. Hard to enjoy lunch when you are shivering. Ordered the Chicken taquitos which had some kind of cream cheeses in them and very little chicken which for $ 9.25 seemed high. There was an ample amount of food, just very ordinary. Should have gone to Taqueria Guayamas like I had planned. They never disappoint.

This place is super close to home, so I have been going a lot. The staff are super sweet, and on a sunny day, they have an awesome back patio(west facing — so you get the sun!) I’ve been sharing the dinner size fajitas and it’s plenty for two. It’s delicious and a great price. Highly recommend!

This place is great! I have never had such consistently good service from such a friendly staff. Every time my boyfriend and I go in there, we are greeted warmly, whisked to a table, and brought drinks immediately. The best part for me is that the servers make you feel really comfortable to practice your spanish if you want to. The food is mostly good, not the very best ever, except the chips and salsa, those are AMAZING. I have never ordered anything I haven’t liked and the shredded beef is delicious. I come from San Francisco where the service is generally terrible almost anywhere you go. This is a welcome change and we will keep going back!

Great fajitas, but they could give you more rice and beans. Food was a tag pricey, but decent $ 5 margarita.

My buddy and I stumbled on this place while looking for a Mexican restaurant. I think this place might be connected to Viva La Jalisco in Bothell in some way. The lunch menus are identical with the exception of the name on the top. The food is very good, service is fast… just watch out for those margaritas… they are sneaky!

I wanted some guacamole so I stopped in for a takeaway order. I enjoyed it so much that we stopped in for dinner one night. It was pretty crowded but it was prime time for dining out. Our wait was short and we were seated within ten minutes. Fresh ingredients and super friendly wait staff. While we were eating, my dining companion asked me how I liked my food. I commented that I wanted some spicier foods and the waiter overheard me. A couple minutes later, he brought me a saucer of sliced jalapeños. I was pleased! We indulged in some dessert — an edible Jenga tower of filled churros… there was custard and berry and… whew! Needless to say, after we finished that decadent treat, WE really should have waddled home.
