I needed help installing a Jack Post to support my roof during a remodel and they responded within a day. All work was completed within 2 hours. They were very helpful easy to talk with and friendly. I will definitely keep them in mind for help on future projects.

Too slow. Took 3 hours to change 5 door knobs, improve rollers for 2 sliding doors. While the work was good quality, I felt he was slow and inefficient.

I called to schedule an estimate appointment. The woman I spoke to was a little out of it — she kept asking me to repeat my name and a description of the potential work. We finally scheduled an appointment for a few days later in the middle of the afternoon (it’s super difficult to schedule an appointment before 10 AM and after 4 PM for some reason). On that day, I drove home from work and waited. And waited. After 20 min, I called them to see when someone would show up. The (same?) woman I spoke to said there was no record of my estimate appointment. Awesome. Well, mistakes happen, so I reschedule for the following week this time in the morning. That morning comes around, and, again, I drive home from work for the appointment. The employee called me literally one minute before the appointment time to tell me that he was experiencing car trouble and wouldn’t be able to make it. He could, however, try to switch cars with someone else and make it to my house in another hour. No thanks. He also admitted that maybe, perhaps, he should have called me earlier when he first started having trouble with his car. Yes, you should have. Needless to say, I did not try to schedule an appointment a 3^rd time. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

I had a lot of small items that needed doing around my patio. Specifically, it was retaining water, there was a huge draft under the door, and the door was too tight on the side so it didn’t close all the way.
Individually, these problems aren’t that big of a deal, and I’d like to think I could handle them myself. But having lived with the problem for 18+ months, I decided to give up the notion that I would «eventually find the time» and call a professional.
The handyman worked quickly and effectively, and the by the time he was finished, all three tasks were finished to my complete satisfaction. It was a bit pricey (~$ 250) for the work, but after saving 60% on my winter heating bill compared to last year, I say it was totally worth it.
The one downside is that a big chunk of the time was spent with the repairman leaving for a while to buy a draft guard to put under the door. I would think that, since the phone service folks ask what you need done, they would send repairmen with the parts they need. Maybe this is unreasonable? Regardless, it added 45 minutes to the repair time, which I feel drove up my bill a bit higher than it needed to be.
Despite the added time, I will definitely call them again when I’m too busy (lazy?) to fix something myself. Great to know that these guys are around.

When it comes to handyman services, this company is ultra reliable. This location serves a lot of the areas of the east-​side despite having their offices located in Lake Forest Park /​Bothell area (I used them for Redmond).
You can find cheaper handyman services around, but you run the risk of having to deal in cash, hiring a guy (or gal) that isn’t bonded/​insured or just plain sketchy in their estimates. I’ve used 5 handyman services in the past 18 months and these guys are the best.
The only other caveat other than a bit higher price is they have have a minimum charge of 2 hours of work (if I recall correctly they bill out at $ 125/​hour). So if you’re looking for someone to do a tiny job like fix a squeaky door, this isn’t going to be worth it for you. However, for bigger jobs like painting (which I had them do), replacing a door, etc, these guys fit the bill.
