If I could give this place negative stars I would. WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Was promised that our spa would be delivered within less than 1 month, even stated on the contract, and was delayed to almost 2 months. When we contacted the owner, he did not want to deal with it and was told by one of the employees to «be patient». Still have not received my refund after cancelling my order. Have heard nothing back and was treated like my service was not needed. Will never go back. If looking for a great spa store with awesome customer service check out«The Hot Tub Store» in Folsom. After moving my business to them, I was beyond satisfied with their helpfulness and concern to make to up for what sundance spas lacked. Will be contacting the better business bureau and my credit card company has already opened a case on this.

Poor customer service. My leak hasn’t been fixed fully after 4 months. The spa is 9 months old! Greg the owner is always apologizing about forgetting to take care of our issue. But what about getting the job done. They had no problem accepting my money when I bought it. Do not buy your spa from this guy! Or from Sundance.

I ordered headrests for my spa in the beginning of April and now here it is May 5th2015 with still no headrests. Just called and no one knows when they are coming in. Lousy service. Guess I will go to the Roseville location!#

Is there anything lower than one star? Dec 26th we called Sundance to request a service call. The response was great. Mike came out and informed us that we need a new circulating pump. We paid him $ 129.00 which included his service call and also the fee to install the pump. We asked if the spa would be fixed by February. No problem, he responded the part should in within a week. We waited and then called and was told that it was on back order and it would take a couple of weeks before he could install it. A couple of weeks later and still no pump. It is now Jan 24th and we were told maybe it would be in Monday of next week, maybe on Friday of next week. We decided enough of this game and have found someone Licensed and available to get the pump and install it in three days. He had very good references on Angies List.

I got my spa in 2011. Great service when i bought it. Today they came and made the first repair. Fixed no problem and the part was still under warranty. We love our spa and its nice to know there is help close by when needed.

I went in to this store with the intent to purchase a hot tub. I dealt with Greg. I didn’t want his top of the line brand so we discussed his ‘lesser brand’, the viking. I asked the price and he went to figure it — presented me with a sheet of paper and wrote the price, tax, delivery, and what was included. Then I mentioned I had a spa and he said«oh that changes things, we charge an additional $ 200 to remove the old spa». So the total price was to be $ 5,199. I told him I would think about it, that I planned to buy a spa within the month but that was still a little bit more than I wanted to spend. He asked«what it would take to get my business that day» and I said $ 4600. He checked, slowly shook his head and said he couldn’t meet that price. I said no problem, I’d be back in touch with him. I’m in the middle of refinancing my property and I needed to figure out if I could afford the difference. I called him back 6 days later, he remembered me, I said you quoted $ 5,199 but I want to know… at which point he interrupted me to say, very rudely, «that is the price period». I was taken back and said«but you didn’t even let me finish»…and he repeated«that is the price, that was good for when you were in here only.» Not to mention that he never said that when I was there. I then said«Greg, i have decided I don’t want my existing tub removed, so that would reduce the price $ 200» and he said«NO, I said that is the price and that is the price, period». I said«you mean you are going to charge me $ 200 to pick up a hot tub that you are not going to pick up?» and he said«yes». I thanked him and hung up. Here’s the deal folks: I WANTEDTOBUYLOCAL, I want to support locals. I own my own business, I appreciate LOCALS and loyalty. Thanks to his extreme rudeness I have purchased a hot tub from out of state.
