Manager was so nice! He helped a family carry the booster seats to the table fo them. The food is amazing! !!! The staff is so friendly! Place is very clean. We will come back again!

My boyfriend was at this facility last night right before it closed and he stood there waiting while 4 of your employees didn’t pay any attention to him what so ever. The girl taking care of the trash stopped what she was doing to take his order while the others stood around chatting. When his order was finally taken, a guy made a snarky, sarcastic remark: «The „FRESH“ meatballs»? This makes it sound like our food came out straight from the trash!!! It is unprofessional and rude!

Great food! Great Service! My husband and I went last night, our first time, and everyone was so helpful! A young man came over and explained the menu to us (guess he saw the? above our heads). While we were eating, Dawn, the manager, came over. We told her it was our first time there, and that we loved it! I was having Pad Thai — for the first time ever! When I told her I didn’t know if I should add anything to it, she suggested shrimp. Then, a server shows up with a bowl of shrimp for me! Amazing Customer Service — a definite 5 in our books. We will be back!

I absolutely love noodles and company! I danced when I saw it was coming to Shiloh! Finally got a chance to check it out and loved my meal, Wisconsin Mac and cheese with chicken. However, my poor husband wasn’t able to eat his Wisconsin cheesesteak sandwich (we ordered to go and brought it home) due to onions still present in his sandwich. He was pretty disappointed and probably won’t be back any time soon as he’s allergic to them and can’t take the risk, even after making sure several times they wouldn’t be in his sandwich.

Great food! Great service! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Even when the line was out the door it moved quickly. Great family restaurant and there is truly something for everyone.

So happy Noodles and Company has come to the Metro East. This place has so many options you’ll never get bored and so far everything I’ve had is so good. My go-​to would be the Mac n cheese because you really can’t go wrong with Mac n cheese. I’m also a big fan of the Japanese Udon Noodles because I can’t find them any where else around here. My husband got the Bangkok curry with chicken which was also good. We went during their soft open, but so far so good. The service was good and fast. I wasn’t a big fan of the lemon honey tea, but they’re have one of those Coke machines where you can get pretty much any drink. Again, so happy to have one near me!
