Love this place! They are considerate, consistent and always friendly! The prices are good and you can customize your drinks without a problem. Why go to Starbucks if you don’t have to?

My kids love this place. Their drinks are pretty sweet but tasty. I do like that I can get a flavored ice tea. The kids love the frost drinks.
The young staff are always upbeat, love their job and are super friendly. Make sure to take advantage of their stamp cards. Make sure to join the text alerts. They have lots of specials and extra stamp days. It seems to be a great company and the kids love it!

The people here are always friendly and caring! They want you to be really satisfied with your drinks! I have never had this great service from any coffee shop. If your having a horrible day, they will brighten it up!

Best service, best coffee-​drinks and people. I love going here!!! The workers know me by name and what drinks I like. Always sweet, busy or not, and always having fun! Service is always fast, too, even if there is a line. I live 15 – 20 Mins from here but I’d rather drive to this location then the location 2 Mins from me.

I have been a regular here for about two years now. Every time I come here all the employees are so kind and seem like they truly care about their customers! I always leave with a smile and the drinks are always done well. :)

I’m normally happy as a clam when it comes to my visits at Dutch but today was a disappointing day for me. The customer service was great as always, and the two employees I interacted with were very sweet and cheerful but my drink was lacking in pretty much every department. I got an iced rebel in a hydro. The first drink was not even close to ice cold. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stirred it up a bit so the ice would mix in. Second drink: still just as bad. The rebel tasted like it had been sitting on the counter open for about 20 minutes before being poured into my cup. It tasted old and was barely carbonated. It also tasted like there was about half as much flavor in the drink as there normally should be. Of course I’ll be back, because hey, everybody has an off day when it comes to their job but I’m sad I wasted my full punch card on such a disappointing drink.

One of the best drive through coffee places I’ve ever been to, they are always happy. Kudos to management and the staff for spreading the love. It’s simply why I go back, great place keep up the good work! Oh and fantastic coffee of course!

Their system for drive thru is so efficient! Even with 10 cars on both windows, I know I’ll be outta there in 5 – 8 minutes max.

I came in on my birthday and my boyfriend ordered an almond milk latte with hazelnut syrup. We told the cashier after our order what we were celebrating and he was extremely nice and gave me a free drink punch card. I was very happy as I didn’t expect it at all! However, we found out my boyfriend’s drink tasted very bland. We figured they forgot to put the syrup. He didn’t drink his latte since we got caught up in the day’s festivities. The next day we came and told Seth, the clerk at the window, what happened. Without even questioning if we were right or wrong, Seth took the drink back and replaced it at no charge and apologized for the inconvenience. My experience at this Dutch bros was great! I am a heavy coffee drinker, and this Dutch Bros location will definitely be getting my business!

I wish they had a larger selection of teas, but what makes me love the Sherwood Dutch Bros is that the staff are incredibly friendly and always do their best to make sure you’re going to love the drinks you’ve chosen.

Absolutely best coffee house! Customer service is quick, baristas have positive attitudes, and the coffee is wonderfully crafted!!! They give dog treats and have options for little ones… I have two kids that look forward to the drive thru. If lines are long, you can park and walk up to the window. Usually not needed as if lines are long, they will come up to your window and take your order!!! Early and late hours open too!!!
