My friends and I were excited to go here as there’s not much else in the way of clothing shops anymore on the Sherman Square. We were greeted as soon as we walked in… by a super rude lady who first advised us where the sale rack was. Sorry but we weren’t interested in your out of season offerings. We browsed around and all found cute lace and foil embellished sweatshirts. Everything in the store is country trendy… there are no classic pieces here. Each of our sweatshirts were $ 130 and will be out of style next year(if they’re even in style now). My friends opted to go next door so I wandered around looking for them. The same rude lady said«oh you’re still here?» While she continued to chat with 4 other employees in the back. No one was helpful or courteous. If you like overpaying and being talked down to, this place is right up your alley.

I’m so disappointed in this store. I wanted to love this store but unfortunately it did not come close to meeting my expectations. As long as you go in knowing that this place is barely above a Forever 21 then you’ll be ok. The selection is decent enough to where I spent about 40 minutes perusing the racks. All the while, I found a few cute things, piled them on my arms, and eventually helped myself to a dressing room. Some of the clothes are ok quality but a lot are NOT. Nothing was cute enough to forego the terrible customer service. Staff was very, very pretentious — one woman in particular I believe who may be the owner, she was quite rude. I usually try to shop local it’s unfortunate their customer service is so poor. I’d recommend going online or down the street to another boutique.
