Ok, first let me say I love the tomato soup and I usually have it every time I go to Panera. Which, is 1 – 2 times a week. That being said, the majority of time I go, it’s for lunch during the week. Today I ordered the tomato soup and avocado Cobb salad.(The Pick Two) It came just as ordered. The reason I only give 3 stars is due to a coworker ordering just the salad and it came wrong. Now accidents happen and I am not a fussy person, but my coworker orders the same salad every time we go and it is ALWAYS wrong. It’s corrected immediately, but it gets annoying having to wait for your food to be remade when the rest of the table is enjoying theirs. Another complaint is you can smell the trash receptacles near the beverage station. My table always takes their plates up to empty when we are leaving and the smell of rotting food is not appetizing. Please have them, inside and out, cleaned daily.

Flat bread is wonderful — we look forward to dinner here after a long day at work. Every food we’ve tried has been delicious!

This is the first Panera I tried. I remember it was in the afternoon and I haven’t eaten, so I walked into the second closest building. The nearest being Panda Express, and we all know nobody wants that fake chinese. After I got in I realized I had been here once during orientation. By then somebody orders a bread bowl. It is not on the menu, and this potato soup in a bread bowl is still my favorite. Another dish I love is tontine Alfredo. My friend once ordered this by mistake and she hated it, but I fell in love with it. This is a nice place to have a quiet afternoon by yourself. They are efficient, they are simple but delicious, they are clean. I sometime drive through with the soup and bread bowl. They always leave the top of the bread bowl attached, which I don’t appreciate.

Prices have increased and portions have shrunk within the last few years. I recently went through the drive-thru and was charged extra for a(normally included) side of bread with my bowl of soup. I also ordered a fruit cup and once I opened it up, I noticed it was smaller than their water cups. Definitely not worth the price paid. Hoping something changes soon, as I’m not as big a fan as I was when they first opened.

I love Panera, but not this location. Dirty tables„ stuff all over floor, grimy bathroom, got my order wrong, and not super helpful staff. I’ll head to the McKinney location next time.

Every time I go here I say I will never go back. Then forget and hope things are better. Some of the food is really good. Mainly go for the fresh bread. Today had an extremely rude server in the drive thru. Had eggshells in my sandwich. Usually is burned. They make it harder and harder to order. wont take pickup order for the drive thru. Pushing to order on line and Pre pay u go in and grab your order and go. No interaction at all. if there is a problem with your order you get to stand in line. Then if your sack isn’t there then someone helped themself. Inside is never clean especially bathrooms. Wish the sandwiches looked like the picture. My turkey was blobs with gristle. Sherman store needs a lot of help.

Panera is always a hit! The new menu for summer is out and does not disappoint. I love all the healthy options. The poppy seed strawberry salad is awesome. The breads and sandwiches are still the best in the fast food arena. It’s great to have a drive thru option where the food is actually good for you. Looking forward to Trinh the power shakes.

I came here to study last night and it was a decent Panera experience. There was a lot of seating and I grabbed a cozy spot next to their fireplace. There aren’t too many easy places to find plugs unless you’re next to a wall and the single tables are a bit small for spreading out study material(especially for two people) but we made it work. I did notice that the tables weren’t cleaned very quickly after patrons left and I had to clean off my own table before I sat down. I ordered the autumn squash bread bowl and I really enjoyed it! I usually do the creamy tomato in a bread bowl, but I had to try this fall/winter flavor(maybe it’s not seasonal, but it definitely screamed seasonal to me). The soup was creamy, sweet, and had pumpkin seeds on top. Oh and it was nestled in a crusty/pillowy bread bowl — the epitome of comfort food! I couldn’t stop myself from gobbling it up! All in all, I would definitely come back here if I wanted to really hunker down and study for a whole evening. The ambiance and cleanliness of the place wasn’t the best and the service was nothing special, but that bread bowl, though.

I don’t eat here often. The wait in the drive thru was about 15 or more minutes. We were on our lunch break so we had to rush back and eat. I found a hair in my turkey, avocado blt sandwich. The avocado was turning brown and sandwich had no flavor. I got the Cobb salad which the avocado was brown in it and dressing was horrible. I ended up throwing 10 $ worth of food in the trash.

I had never been to Panera Bread before I visited this location. I thought it was great — the bagels are really good, their prices similar to Einstein’s, the coffee better than Einstein’s and the restaurant really clean and nice. I’ll definitely be back again for some more of those delicious bagels! :-)

I love Panera Bread. Or use to. This location is just terrible. Their staff just doesn’t seem to care about what kind of service they give or what food they send out to the customers. You know. Those customers who are the reason why they even have a job in the first place since we give them business. I went there a couple weeks ago. The drive thru is always so slow but I always went around 11:30 during lunch rush hour so I always understood about there being a wait. So when I pulled up to the drive thru around 4:15 I was excited to see only one car ordering and one at the window. I figured I would be in and out. Wrong. It took them 5mins to take his order. And then when it came to mine the employee just said«Be with you in a min.» Ok. 5mins pass. Then he comes back on. «I’ll be with you in just a min.» Really? 7mins. go by. By this time a woman gets on. Jennifer, who I assume was the manager. Takes my order. No apology I might add about the wait. And need I mind you. The person who ordered before me. Still waiting at the window to receive their order. So here I am. Waiting. And waiting. Finally pull up and the guy with his«smiley face tattoo» says«we got busy» yea. Ok. He goes to get my order. And I wait. Then Jennifer comes up to window(wearing a different uniform then the guy) and reads off a diff order. I told her I already paid for my order and I’m waiting to receive it. She walks off. Comes back and repeats my order. Which was a flatbread and salad. And walks off. And I’m there waiting. Again. FINALLY she comes back. Hands me my food with an attitude and says«here you go» and closes the window. Really? I’ve already wrote a complaint to Panera on their site and of course don’t hear anything. This place SUCKS and doesn’t care about their customers at all. I waited for 30mins for a flatbread and a salad with just one car in front of me. One. Oh. And my flatbread? Completely drenched in the Thai sauce they put on it. It even leaked out of the box and into the bag causing it to get all over my car. And I couldn’t even eat it. It was so soggy and gross that I trashed it, but not before I took a picture of it first! Which I’ll def be posting into the«add photos». Eat at your own risk when it comes to this location. :)

I love panera bread food but it a not about it now. The workers are terrible. I have been there a lot of times and even got my panera card. They never ask do I want chips or bagel and always put chips. But worst in my panera reward card I have free pastry and I showed them it 3 times already and they still charge me for pastry saying you don’t have any rewards. And then yesterday I receive email that my reward is about to expire. Really people?

I won’t be returning to this location. I witnessed very immature, ignorant, and intolerant behavior by the employees toward a play flyer hanging in the back of the restaurant. The flyer was for In The Next Room, a play about female equality that was nominated for three Tony awards. There was no profanity, nudity, or anything else unsuitable for public eyes displayed on the poster. When I spoke to the manager about it, she made it clear that their location does not support local arts or women’s liberation issues.

We gave our order 3 times to the cashier and they still got it wrong. The food was very marginal. This restaurant is now off our eat out list.

We stopped by here on the way back from Durant Oklahoma. I had never had Panera but the girlfriend insisted that it was great. I was expecting just another sandwich shop. These sandwiches were awesome. Bread and everthing on it was super fresh and the soup in a bread bowl was great. I will definitely become a frequent customer to this franchise.

Just so you know, I’m not a big Panera Bread fan to begin with, so there you have my bias up front. This Panera disappointed on multiple occasions. I would virtually never visit of my own volition, but my wife likes it. The service and décor is more or less like any other Panera, nothing major to say there. I’ve ordered multiple different paninis there and they were always pretty bad. What really made me give this place one star is the french onion soup. Maybe it’s not always like this, but when I tried it it was awful. It didn’t taste right. It didn’t taste good. I ate about half of it and put it aside. Well, half was too much. I woke up in the middle of the night feeling sick and I threw up. Then I woke up about once an hour and continued throwing up. The next morning I had to go take a test for work, so I threw up before I left, threw up in the bathroom at the testing center, and then threw up again after the test, then I went home and continued throwing up and feeling sick for another 24 hours or so. It was awful. I know these things happen. Everyone makes mistakes. But that was my experience.
