We have eaten King buffet since they opened. We enjoy both the buffet items and the Mongolian grill. There are plenty of spices that you can add to your dish before it is grilled. There’s also sushi. You can choose from all three. The food is good and we always are satisfied. The restaurant is large and spacious and is generally in good condition. The service is good; the waitresses keep your glasses filled and dishes removed as as your meal progresses.

It’s a Chinese buffet… you seen one you seen them all. The food is descent and have everything you want

Large variety of Americanized Chinese, but nothing the average person would ever crave. They offer a sushi bar but the options on it are limited to crab mix, avocado, cucumber, and cream cheese. Not thrilling. The Mongolian buffet was okay. I wouldn’t recommend.

If I could give this place absolutely no stars I would. The food was terrible. Most of it was cold, tasteless, utterly disappointing. The Mongolian grill was a joke. Sushi looked disgusting so didn’t dare to even try it. They brought crab legs out. Saw us get some, after we got back to the table and started eating them… informed us that those are for dinner and it will be an additional $ 3.00 each for the dinner buffet. I know better than to have high expectations for a buffet place but it didn’t even hit the decency mark for me or my family. When in Sherman, we will completely stay away from this place. The only positive I can give it is that they cleared the plates immediately. So they get one star for that.

Had a wide variety of Americanized Chinese food. Was nothing exceptional, big wasn’t terrible either. Was not expensive either so cannot complain on that front. Service was efficient, plates were taken away almost as soon as they were finished with. Décor leaves a lot to be desired also.

This place is the ONLY decent Chinese buffet in Sherman/Denison at this time. Crab Legs here are a little bigger than other places in the area and are steamed instead of microwaved when asked. They have more choices of food and desserts than the others I have went to. Servers are attentive most the time. Its okay. I dont know about previous comments about grades but right now its an «A» Either way owners get health problems resolved and stay consistent or get put out. Inspectors check every six months or earlier if there is a complaint. Since its still running and is always packed on Fri and Sat. I doubt there is any serious problems with the food. But who knows it might be old management. But ill be honest again, this the only decent one here in my opinion for this area.

I am normally happy eating buffet and really like Chinese. I have eaten here before and felt it was decent enough to go back. This was a Tuesday night. Terrible. Sushi was comprised only of rice, nori, avocado, and imitation crab. No other seafood as a choice. The fried rice was cold, hard, and old. My daughter almost broke her tooth on an onion ring!!! Who could imagine that would even be possible? We struggled to find anything decent. They were cleaning the Mongolian grill while we were looking for something to eat – stinks. They were vacuuming the dining room while we were eating. The kids were ready to go. Waiting for the check I joked saying I was waiting for my fortune cookie and it would probably be stale and have no fortune. I was right!!! Broken up cookie with no fortune. Pick your day and time to eat here wisely.

Nothing special here. It’s your typical Chinese buffet. Probably won’t ever return. Service is not the greatest. Sat around waiting on the ticket for a while. If you are still interested in going here try the crab legs. Don’t know what’s so special about them here but it seemed like everybody migrated to them.

Restaurant is clean, spacious and well-lit(restrooms too, if you’re interested). Plenty of room to move around between buffet bars and tables in the dining areas… i.e. no bumping into your neighbor at the feeding trough. To clarify the previous review: the Mongolian Grill and the Sushi Bar are both included in the buffet price. The signs mentioning to-go containers pertain to take-out customers only. Servers are friendly and attentive, refilling drinks and clearing empty plates when necessary. The food, though, is bland at best. Even our kettle of hot tea was weak. I had high hopes, as most Chinese buffets in this area are so-so. However, I guess we’re still on the hunt for that hidden gem.

This is a fairly new restaurant in Sherman, built into a strip-mall type area. The restaurant was not the first occupant of this building, but I don’t recall what was there before. . We weren’t very impressed When we arrived, it took several minutes for the woman up front to even acknowledge us. She was talking on her cell phone. She finally motioned us to follow her to our table while she continued to talk non-stop on her cell phone. The food on the buffet was unimpressive. Most of the«hot» food didn’t seem to be properly heated to temperatures that would keep the food safe. Most of the food seemed bland and uninspired. The hot and sour soup was pretty good, though. There was a mongolian bbq set up, but I didn’t see anyone doing that, and we didn’t do it either, so I can’t comment on that. The sushi area was a little confusing. The signage seems to suggest the sushi has to be placed in take out containers at an extra charge. I may be wrong about that though – I didn’t care enough to confirm that. On th positive side, the resaurant is very roomy, and the noise level was low. Overall, my recommendation is to avoid this place. There are better Chinese restaurants in Sherman.
