Mario’s saved us $$.
We called to inquire about the cost of replacing a zipper on a couch cover (we had washed the cover instead of dry cleaned as we should have and the zipper broke)…and he quoted us approx $ 60.
When we took the cover into the shop, he looked at it and said the zipper actually didn’t need to be replaced at all — instead of charging us for a new zipper, he fixed it on the spot — for FREE.
Good, honest, business practices — will go back for any upholstery/​re-​upholstery needs.
