While visiting my daughter and grandkids we got locked out of her apartment. She works from home and we needed to get in sooner than later. Called White Eagle Locksmith because they were the closest. Quick, friendly, efficient and reasonable. Saved the day! I would highly recommend them if you get in the same situation.

Sam was a total lifesaver tonight! After waiting on another no show locksmith for 1.5hrs, And running on nearly no phone battery, Sam came and had me back in my home within 10 minutes. His fast, honest, and reliable service will make white eagle my locksmith (however I hope I don’t need his service again anytime soon). I highly recommend!

Sam is the best «Locksmith» in the valley. He is very reliable and is always on time. I have worked with Sam about 10 times in less then a month. Each time he always made himself available. Wow! Locked myself out of my apartment & car, it was raining outside and I was not happy. Sam was here under 15 min! Very professional, even though I was mad at myself he made me smile and I appreciate that. I was back in my apartment with my keys! Would use again but hopefully not!

Sam provided exceptional service (with extremely short notice AND on a Sunday). He was prompt, professional, and trustworthy. He performed the work quickly and I have absolutely no complaints. I will only use this company from here on.

Sam was great! Not only did he show up on time both times, but his prices were the best in town, he was clean, courteous, and professional, and he was very honest and took the time to explain everything to me. It turns out that I had all different locks on all of the entrances and needed to get them in the same brand family to key it properly, and Sam gave me tons of options and offered me better prices than just buying them in the store. He is very honest and made me feel comfortable as I know nothing about locks and felt intimidated at first — I would recommend him to everyone. Thanks for all of your help Sam!

Sam was great. He was very friendly and helpful for our rekey job on our new house. We may be getting a new handle installed on our side gate soon and i will definitely call White Eagle to do the work!

Parked my car on a sunny Monday morning — walked out of the car and my heart stopped. Realized I locked my keys out of my cast! Sam came over within ¹⁵⁄₂₀ min and unlocked my door for me :) he even got it open before I could finish this!

I have had horrible experiences with lock smiths before. So when my boss asked me to change the locks on his house I was dreading it. Saw this company on Unilocal,there was a ton of great reviews and at first I was sketchy about it because there are a lot of great reviews. Can they be all real? But than I picked up the phone and called. All I can say is WOW WOW WOW!
Sam is super nice! He answered as many questions as he could for me over the phone. (Remember each situation is different so its very hard for them to quote exactly over the phone. Try and be specific as possible when informing them what you need done).
Most lock smiths will tell you when they have time for them to come. Nope. Sam asked me what time was good for me! Brilliant!
Most locksmiths get there close or after their appointments. Sam was on time!!! (I on the other was not, but he was very understanding and did not act annoyed with me)

Took one look at my lock and was able to answer all my questions, honestly. Did not try to upsell me. All he kept saying was he was here to help me and only do what made me comfortable! Quoted me a great deal!
Sam rekeyed my locks and made me 3 copies in 30 minutes! Did I mentioned he gave me a great deal?
I really hope that Sam never changes, because he is really a great locksmith. I will for sure be only calling him for all my locksmith needs.
