The soda machines were fixed !
Yay!
The hot tub is always pretty warm, the garage is always clean, the whole building is kept clean and it’s a nice quiet building with everyone keeping to themselves. The only thing that sucks is that I can’t have a dog :(I love dogs !
Ummm the landlord is actually kind of flexible when it comes to lease renewals.
My only complaint is that there is no fan in my bathroom and it also came with mold all over the ceiling and walls when I moved in. I cleaned it up but it already came back!:(

We lived in this complex for 2.5 years, from 2007 to 2009. Our experience was very mixed.
1. The apartments are very decent size for 2br/​2ba units
2. The pool is TINY and only sufficient for smaller kids
3. The hot tub is always filthy
4. The clubhouse remains unusable and the complex refused to fix it, even though we tenants asked for it and it had been promised to us by the property manager.
5. You couldn’t use the workout room until after 9am and had to be out by 9pm. Completely useless for those of us who wanted to work out in the morning
6. Very poor construction. At least one unit completely flooded during the rains in 2008
7. Camille, the property manager when we left, was not very friendly to deal with. She seemed very condescending of us lowly tenants, and was RARELY at the property.
8. Louis, the maintenance man was VERY helpful, and always very cheerful
9. The entire courtyard is covered with a strange green carpet (as of Aug 2009) which was water-​stained and moldy.
10. Price was very fair.
All in all, this is an OK complex, but you get nothing more than a basic living place. Don’t expect anything special from Camille or the management company. There are much nicer complexes with better management in the Sherman Oaks area.
