Worst customer service. There’s never anyone on the floor when I shop so I can ask questions. They want you to wait while they page a manager. Today I was told to come back tomorrow when the person who works in the department will be there. No. I shop when it works for my schedule. Not Rite Aid. Lost a sale. Lost my business.

The women at this pharmacy are beyond rude and have little compassion. A pharmacist should always remember that they are dealing with people who are ill. There is NO sense of urgency on their part. I have waited up to 2 weeks to get a prescription filled due to lack of effort on their part. No apology is ever given. Take your business somewhere else.

This Rite Aid is fancy and it has a beautiful make-up aisle. WOW!, I came here right after leaving the worst of the worst in customer service store«beauty collection». I’m glad I did because I met Meira Marra. She help me find new make-up to match my skin tone, answered my questions and gave me great recommendations that I now use on my clients. Thank you doll. Will come back.

After having my prescription filled at CVS and having them tell me that they don’t take my insurance I came to The Sherman Oaks right aid and they had my prescription filled in less than 30 minutes after it was transferred in. The employees here at the pharmacy were very nice and helpful I am glad I won’t have to deal with Cvs no anymore. I will make this rite aid my Number one pharmacy I had a great experience after having a horrible experience with CVS pharmacy. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know.

They never have what I need. They only carry tampons with plastic applicators and they don’t carry contraceptive sponges at all. In fact, I don’t think they carry any birth control for women, but instead have an entire wall of condoms. Please stock your shelves for women and men.

Big mistake going here for prescriptions. Any kind of pain med, they jerk u around for 5 – 10 days to get them. Pharmacy totally sucks! I gave u guys the benefit of doubt. Still, 10 days again on same medication. My injuries are real. Maybe u guys need to see the accident report & medical reports of my arm &2 spine surgeries from lawyer to see that my case isn’t BS. But if u guys would like, we can go the lawyer route.

No perfect pharmacy exists. Just part of the game I guess. I’ve used a few pharmacies in the area for the past few years and have been most happy with this one. I find that all the pharmacies are understaffed but at least these guys are apologetic when you have to wait. There is one tech in particular who is super helpful when there is a problem(his name is James). Very refreshing to have a pharmacy staff member that actually cares. Keep it up!

This pharmacy is beyond slow and the women who work there are rude and act as if I am inconveniencing them with my business. Came in to pick up a prescription that I was notified was ready– gave them a coupon and was told it would be 20 minutes to process and to have a seat. Why should a coupon take 20 minutes to process?. Said I was I a rush and would need to come back. No one apologized for the inconvenience. No one ever smiles or says hello here. Absolutely terrible customer service that makes you uncomfortable to be there.

AVOIDTHISPHARMACY! Picking up simple prescription meds at this pharmacy is like waiting at the DMV and watching a sloth blink every 5 minutes. Also, lack of customer service skills from the staff will have your blood boiling on the way out from this place. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and came back thinking my experience won’t be as bad the 2nd time around. Yup! This place really sucks! LoL The comments posted by some people on here confirms it.

I will never come back to this Pharmacy. I should have asked the name of the person who took my call but she was rude and wants to cut me off while I was talking. Came in for a very simple prescription for my baby, said I have to wait for 30 minutes BUT there was no other customer at that time. She said she was gonna call me after 30 minutes but never did. I normally get my meds from CVS but just happened that this was near my baby’s clinic. I will never come back to this place!

The WORST& most lazy pharmacist I’ve ever encountered. Oh and not let me forget incompetent. I called 30 mins in a row, nobody picked up. When they did the first time they put me on hold for 15 mins! The second time they picked up and had me on speaker. I can hear people breathing(lazy). Around the 1225636363x call he finally answered and was rude. I don’t even think he is license to be a pharmacist, rite aid should really do a more thorough background on people before hiring incompetent people. Thank God this is not my rite aid! I normally go to the one in woodman and that one is decent.

I don’t understand why I have to come and wait for my simple prescription over 20 Minutes every time. The prescription was sent many hours in advance for me to come and pick it up on the spot. There is never been a time where I come and my prescription is ready to pick up. The employees are nice but the pharmacist or the management need to have a better process. There are currently 8 people in line just to be helped. Hire more people and run a more efficient pharmacy. I will be switching … Although it’s the closest to my house. Always annoyed

I had major problems with Rite Aid when I starting 2013. Long lines angry people and rude employees… I spoke with Arus the pharmacist last year about some of these problems. Last year I say great improvements. I live between Michigan and Ca… Arus has made this very busy Rite Aid run very well, in fact this is the BEST Rite Aid in the Valley and in Michigan. Arus should get ALL the credit for these fantastic changes… I actually look forward to going to Rite Aid… Great Job!!! Pete Caroselli

Writing this review as I’m waiting for them to fill my daughter’s prescription. My MD called in the prescription at 5am. I picked them because they’re open 24⁄7. Couple of minutes after, I called them to make sure they got the call and I gave them my insurance info over the phone so that I can just pick up when I get there after working a 12 hour graveyard shift. I drove a good 8miles here, tired and sleepy, only to be asked for my insurance info again. I told the amazing lady I already gave them the info and she said«oh ok give us 15minutes» i walked around then after about 10 minutes I sat down here in front of them, same lady saw me and asked for my insurance info again, as I walked to the counter, she again told me nevermind they have it. Seriously. I’m still here waiting.

I had to give ol’ Rite Aid some love. I noticed the recent revamp of many Rite Aid stores around LA with new flooring, lighting and a new modern aisle lay out. Looks much better. Especially this one at Riverside & Fulton which felt a bit ghetto which was odd considering the costs of housing in Sherman Oaks. I guess the competition from all the new Walgreens and revamped CVS stores made Rite Aid step their game up.
