EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Bob has excellent customer service, he’s knowledgeable and gave us all the necessary information so we could decide on our purchase. We were not rushed nor was he pushy. I recommend this store.

These guys are the best. There are not many shops around that do great work on MACs and there are none that are open on the weekends. these guys have been life savers for me on multiple occasions. they have helped me make deadlines and did everything necessary to make sure i had the gear i needed when i needed it, including when my main computer fried on a Friday afternoon and i had a Monday due date. they worked over the weekend and got me back up and running in short order. i can’t recommend them enough.

If you want to be reminded of what GREAT customer service is, come here! It is so rare that we experience «above and beyond» customer service anymore but Radin electronics certainly wow’d my family and myself.
I brought my Mom’s iPhone in for a severely cracked screen. Under $ 120 for a two layer screen fix– less than most others. What really impressed me though… Their technician was not in so rather than keeping our phone, or making us wait, they actually took it over to their store in Encino themselves and had it back within the hour. We actually saw them leaving with the phone, from the restaurant next door and loved how they were carrying it, in a box, so carefully, you would have thought it was a newborn baby!
The next day, Mom noticed a slight discoloration. Barely, barely noticeable but since she was only visiting we decided to take it in, In case it was the screen. The owner again was so kind and polite; he apologized repeatedly & rather than have us wait for the technician… He offered to CLOSE his store and take it to his Encino store himself & have it back to us within the hour. We really appreciated this but decided to take it ourselves so he didn’t have to close his store; they used a special screen and had it ready in about 30 minutes, smiles on their faces.
They even gave my niece a free phone cover that was in her favorite color.
So professional and courteous– I will not hesitate to go back & to recommend this to everyone I know!

Just bought a used laptop here. Great buy. Recommended my friend, he came and bought one same day too. Good customer service… Also brought my Sony tablet for them to check out.

These guys are a life saver. Have to say I was really surprised at their dedication to resolving the computer issues I was having. Both Tom and Alan made themselves available whenever I called to check on things (like a nervous parent with a «kid» in the hospital) and were very friendly even as my computer became a bit of a mystery. Great hours, too, btw. Where else can you reach tech support on a weekend?

Radin Electronics is a wonderful example of what outstanding customer service is all about.
I visited the Sherman Oaks store for what I thought was a damaged screen on my iPhone5– that’s the diagnosis I got from the Apple Store on the Topanga Mall the previous day, anyway. They (Apple) wanted $ 135 to fix it. Well, the pros at Radin told me my screen was fine… it was the battery that had swelled, and was pushing against the screen. Bottom line– Radin’s fix was $ 45.
A few weeks later, the battery seemed to be failing. It wouldn’t hold a charge, never charged fully, etc. Radin replaced it, no questions asked. Amazing!
They are total pros at Radin… I recommend them 110%. I’ll be a regular customer from now on. Thanks Radin!

My husband brought his iPhone 6 here to get the cracked screen repaired. We walked in without making an appt and were able to get the phone repaired in 30 minutes. Prior to coming here we got about 5 quotes on getting a cracked iPhone 6 repaired and Radin Electronics was $ 30 cheaper than every other place we called. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the store is quite nicer than any cell phone repair facility I’ve been to. I would definitely recommend Radin to anyone needing their phone repaired or needing any of their electronics repaired. I think they also sell used phones and electronics as well as accessories.

Mike, Tom, Allen, Matt are the Best. They know how to treat customers. I will continue to do business with Radin Electronics. This is a non solicited post. I am writing this as a consumer. I recommend all locations 1000%.

Saleh was amazing! This was the best price I have found on a newer MacBook Pro. I am a filmmaker with tons of editing and sound to do. They really took their time. Saleh treated me as a star customer, took his time, created a great rapport and personal connection. I was a bit skeptical at first, as I am in any store I buy things from, but they have a clean, open, organized store with great helpful staff. He even went out of his way to give me a free laptop cover valued at $ 30 on the house. I am so happy and will come back there again and buy more items.

Terrific! Pleasant, quick, very honest. So glad to have them in my neighborhood!

I took my computer in for repairs. Tom, Matt and Allen took really good care of me and went out of their way to find me a power supply from another vendor to avoid any delays. My olé’ XP is running like new and I can’t thank them enough for putting me at ease when I was very stressed!

Just got an iPhone 5s screen replaced for 70. Guy at the mall wanted 95 — another place 80.
