Just about everything in this store is adorable and the girls working there are very friendly and helpful… BUT…the prices stopped me from really buying anything that wasn’t on the 40% off sale rack. I spent a good 30 minutes shopping, barely controlling myself from squealing at how cute some of the stuff was but my pocketbook really isn’t ready for that kind of a hit, especially when the little ones grow so fast. My 3 month old granddaughter still made out like a bandit… my favorite purchases of the day had to be an adorable Harajuku Lovers shirt, marked down 40% and some «Diva» socks for $ 7 but I’m just not the type to spend $ 128 on True Religion Jeans for babies or toddlers.

Overpriced and terrible return policy. Without your receipt, they will not exchange or return even after they pull up the transaction in the computer (one week after purchase) and all the tags are on. This applies to sale and full priced merchandise. Gift receipts are only good for exchange or store credit, not refund. The store didn’t seem concerned at all about customer service. You would think a store that carries 44 $ tshirts and 100 $ jeans for toddlers would have a corresponding higher level of customer service. I will not shop here again.
