I’ve dealt with and purchased from Mirage countless times over the years and have had only positive experiences. The staff is friendly and more than willing to go out of their way to accommodate customers. All of the pieces that we purchased are beautiful and have structural integrity that will, I’m sure, last for generations. I recommend Mirage Fine Home Furnishing most highly.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! We bought a couch from them over three weeks ago and their delivery service first brought the wrong couch, then couldn’t manage to deliver the second because they said it was too big. I went back, bought a different, much smaller couch that the manager insisted would fit. It was supposed to be delivered last week at 2:00. I rushed home and waited, excited to FINALLY have our couch. They never showed up and never called. Fast forward to this morning… They came, finally, and although I could clearly see that the couch would fit in the elevator, they were incompetent and couldn’t get it in. When I asked them to take it up the stairs, the answer I got was, «They don’t pay me enough for that». Seriously!!! What kind of customer service is that!!! The manager will be happy to refund our money, but really… Is that it? So I’ve waited three weeks with no furniture and I’m back to square one? What a nightmare! No wonder they’re going out of business! Do yourself a favor, skip the sale and go somewhere… ANYWHERE else!
