If you are looking for a realtor in the valley look no further than Mary. From day one she was looking to understand what type of house we wanted. When I decided to purchase my first house in 2011, Mary was my first and only choice as my agent. True to her word, Mary did indeed find me the program and she was also instrumental in getting me a $ 5k roof credit when my house was sold «as is».
