BEWARE. Bad construction. Owner will not upgrade unless you pay a huge increase in rent. No loyalty to long time renters. Will not fix up the place. Slum Lord. Giant Roaches everywhere. Walls are thin. Windows do not fit — heat and noise is horrible. Once you are in there the attitude changes towards the renter. Double standards. HIGH Crime Rate.
