I called Home Instead Senior Care in Sherman Oaks when my mom needed a caregiver. They were very reliable, and they made sure the caregiver was a perfect fit with my mom. My mother had mild dementia and rarely likes anyone helping her, let alone in her house, but her caregiver was so sweet and kind and felt part of the family. She brightened up my mother’s life and I felt comfortable that my mom had a companion with her, helping her. The manager would also do occasional visits to the house to make sure things were going well with my mom and her caregiver. Thank God for Home Instead Senior Care and their angel caregivers!

I used Home Instead Senior Care for my grandmother who lives in Sherman Oaks, and they were amazing. I don’t live close to my gma, so I couldn’t personally take care of her after her surgery, and I wanted a reliable and trustworthy caregiver to be there with her and help her with her daily activities. I heard about Home Instead through a friend, who highly recommended them, and after I did my research I found they were the best because the caregivers are trained, fully background checked, and insured. I didn’t want any stranger in my grandmas house. I’m so glad I went with Home Instead. Anytime I called, they answered the phone ²⁴⁄₇. I spoke with the office manager, Jenny, who personally answers all the calls, and is very knowledgable. She treated me like I was her own family and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. They were very professional and reasonably priced! Thank God my gma doesn’t need any care at the moment and is doing fine, but if she ever needed care again– Home Instead!
