They’re gone. Closed and moved out. We’ll have to wait to see what takes their place but it was time.

Loved the ELK Burger here at Fuddruckers but unfortunately we have learned that 11/18/2015 will be the LAST day since this business location is closing down.

I’ve been to Fuddruckers many times since it opened in the Galleria and it’s always been good for a quick tasty burger. Well today was the last time I will visit Fuddruckers for awhile. My wife and I placed our order with the counter host. She asked if we wanted a Combo. We said no, we just wanted a milk shake. She told us the milk shake is a .50 charge. We said fine. She asked if we wanted a combo for both orders and we said no, just one. After 10 mins they called our name and we went up to get our order, but it was just the Milk Shake. After another 15 mins the counter host came to our table and asked if we wanted our chicken grilled or crispy. We said we wanted grilled chicken sandwich — I do believe that’s how they are listed on the menu. Another 15 mins go by and then they call our name. My wife comes back with 2 sandwiches. I asked where the fries were and my wife said the girl said we didn’t get the combo. I went up to the counter and asked the counter hostess where our fries were. She tells me, «You didn’t get the combo!» I corrected her and said yes we did, you asked, we ordered the combo with the milk shake. She tells me,“No you didn’t”. I said you;re incorrect I want my fries. She tells me to show her my receipt. Now right here at this point this server has gone wrong. The customer is always right. I want to be specific here. The severs name was ‘Eileen”. I am noting this because the pinnacle of this woman’s career might be in food services, and it should be away from customer service. She kept repeating to me, «Show me your receipt!», I was upset at this point, and was letting her know she was incompetent, and shouldn’t be in customer service — But I was not yelling, and did not use any inappropriate language. At this point another server called me to the side. She asked what was wrong. I explained the situation, she asked my name, pulled up the order on the computer, and there it said«combo» ordered. I said, can I get my fries now? She said do you still want them? I said yes. She didn’t apologize for the service, or the attitude from the other hostess. She then handed me my receipt. I said, «What no apology» and she flatly responded that she had credited us for the entire meal. I said, Thank you and asked if I could get my fries still. I got back to the table and told my wife what happened and she had the receipt sitting on the table. Eileen the wonder host, had given over the credit charge receipt, but not given us the ‘order receipt’. So the number of times she kept demanding we show her a receipt for proof of our fries, she hadn’t even given it to us. Final Synopsis… Customer Service was horrendous, Time to Get Food… 35+ mins to get grilled chicken sandwich, not commendable… Quality of the food — Below average. Milk shake was tasty — but given it came over 20 mins before the sandwiches, it was more of an appetizer than a part of our meal.

Normally we love Fudrockers but came to this location for the first time. Absolutely filthy — every single table is dirty. Nobody cleans them. The manger just wonders around. Thumbs down.

Disappointing to say the least. The customer service was horrific. The kid at the cash register was so obviously pissed that he had to work the weekend and the restaurant was a mess with dirty dishes and unkempt tables throughout. This is not a standard Fuddruckers with a ton of options on the menu or a great stand of toppings. There was one small DIY topping station that was all mixed together, ugly, unripened tomatoes, soggy lettuce and onions in the jalapeños, jalapeños in the pico, etc. To top it all off — they don’t have the hot serve cheese sauce at this location! The horror! My burger is always made by the jalapeño cheese sauce that you pump out by the ketchup, etc. No BBQ sauce here, no drink dispenser with 55 flavors of soda. Lame. The shining crown jewel was that the cook actually knew what he was doing and it was still an excellent burger and pile of potato wedges. He’s also the one who waved to us and said goodbye when we left. The two teenagers on staff with him could not be bothered.(To the point that when our burgers were ready the young girl who was working there only put my burger out in the pickup window. My fiancé had to tell her — «mine too please». She turned around, rolled her eyes, grabbed the plate and just sort of shoved it at him.) I understand working in a restaurant sucks. I did it for years! However, if you can’t handle customer service then find a job where you work in the stock room and don’t have to interact with customers. We won’t be coming back to this particular location.

This location is seriously deficient. I grew up with the Burbank location and that location is still amazing 20+ years later. Sherman Oaks location is unsettling. What are the issues, you say? Well… –Dirty, thrashed interior. A little varnish on the wood trim and a coat of paint would go a long way, me thinks. –No jalapeño cheese. Yup, I said it. This is a Fuddruckers staple guys. –No jalapeño in the condiment station. –Soda fountain circa 1997. I’ll stick with the Burbank location. So should you.

Let me first say I use to work at the Fuddruckers Burbank. Sherman oaks location i is dirty, the weird girl taking orders was giving me anxiety. She looked at me crazy when I asked for crispy fries… THEN they forgot our order! We were sitting there for over 30 mins for 1 hamburger. Never coming back.

Called in an order for a chicken sandwich and a burger medium rare. When we arrived and paid, I asked if I still had time to add bacon and cheddar, the said yes. After a bit, we thought we saw our food sitting there… YUP. When we got it, no cheese. I mentioned it, they slapped a cold piece of cheese on it. Pretty sure my burger was medium AND it was cold. Not a happy experience. Worst Fuddruckers experience I’ve ever had. I only gave 2 stars because the girls working were very nice, just bad experience.

This place is a hot mess… maybe a luke warm mess. Soda machine spurts soda. Bathroom filthy. Tables are covered in trash. Right now im thinking why didnt i go to burbank? Cups are gross… ketchup empty. dirty tongs at the topping bar… this is really the worst experience i could have had at a fuckruckers. Very disappointing. If you can… skip this one and go to the one in burbank. $ 74 dollars on 4 ppl.

The food is not what it used to taste like. Completely out of ketchup and BBQ sauce along with soft drinks & lids. It took over forty minutes for chicken tenders and fries. I’m not the only person in the restaurant who got my order wrong and delayed too. I noticed the CASHIER ago to the kitchen and put a raw patty on the grill without gloves. Save yourself some time and eat somewhere that isn’t run by unprofessional high schoolers. And call the health department while you’re at it too.

Sad, run down, dirty, understaffed. Three young people trying to do everything while a de shoveled older man in untucked business clothes(the owner)? Walks from kitchen to dining area doing little jobs. Wiping his nose on his hand and going right back to work. The bathroom is so run down and graffitied, floors dirty, a rubber mat in front of condiment caddy held down by two bags of mix from the kitchen The speaker to tell you your order is ready for pick up doesn’t work so they leave your food on the counter getting cold I can’t believe this place is allowed to operate like this

I work in the galleria and eat here out of convenience. The only reason I come here because the service is horrible. Double check your order bcus they WILL get it wrong. Don’t bother calling ahead because they took away the pickup line so you have to wait in the long lines that form at lunch time while your food sits 5 feet away getting cold. They are grossly overpriced and stingy with the dipping sauces. From 8:30 — 11 They serve breakfast at this location.

Decided to go here since it has been years, i got the 1⁄3 regular cheeseburger, and made it a meal, my son got ½ pound bacon cheddar burger and also made it a meal. The burgers tasted good, i asked for my fries well done, they clearly were not. I honestly think that paying $ 26 was not worth it. When you order to make anything into a meal,(adding fries & a drink) is another $ 4.59. Making all meals over $ 10, a person. The dining area was clean, but considering it wasn’t very busy, could of been better. Tables were dirty or had trash on them from previous customers. Visited the bathroom, to wash my hands, smelled horrible, no soap, and noticed no toilet paper. Definitely needed someones attention.

We stumbled up on it, In route to another place, We had healthy intentions, But we saw the burgers on their plates. «It’s been a long time,» That was our excuse, So we walked right in, And put our money to use. I ordered the kids meal, With a salad on the side; Cheeseburger, onion rings – I knew everything would be just fine. My man had the kobe burger, Couldn’t resist the oreo shake. Half fries, half onion rings, We played pacman during the wait. Maybe 5 minutes later, That’s when they called our name. And there was the perfect shake, The extra — I drank in shame. A few minutes more, The burgers came, too, With sides still smoking, We walked to the condiment booth. Up to this point, The staff was great, But when my man bit into his burger, He didn’t like what he ate. Medium well is what he ordered, But instead it was overdone, But we waited too long to go eat, And the hunger pains won. My burger was fine, But not like I recalled, Couldn’t put my finger on it, But I still ate it all. Onion rings — flawless, Fries — just ok. We ate all we could, Then went on our way. As we walked out, We got parking validation; The cashier gave us a smile, And struck a conversation. She said, «how was everything — Was everything alright?» We told her the burger was overcooked And her tongue, she wanted to bite. Well, we answered her question, And waited for a reply. She said, «thanks for letting me know» And then bid us goodbye. I mean, she was still nice, Not sure if there’s anything she could do. But face it, we could have complained earlier, And not wait until after we were through. Though, in the world of customer service, I’d think that they’d try to make it right. But we weren’t really concerned, Because we didn’t want a fight. The ultimate question — will we return? Probably not on our dime, The staff was nice, the food was fair. We’d make a different choice next time. Unless, of course, we go for shakes. That’s probably all we’d get. That’s the only thing that was outstanding, The shakes we don’t regret.

Listen. I have been coming here for about a decade, and I think I can officially say Fuddrucker’s is not what it used to be. While I’m sure it’s a franchise-wide change the prices are crazy(it’s fast-food quality for the most part but reaches the double digit dollars for many items), and for those prices I’d rather indulge in something else at the Galleria. Overall the service is nothing too special; this is more a casual and nostalgic spot than anything. My go-to item always will be their grilled cheese… anything else just isn’t as good, in my opinion. There’s still quarter machines and arcade games in the back, and for family dining this is a safe bet. They also do a crazy cheap happy hour for drinks… but as one of my comrades said, do you really want to drink the Fuddrucker’s house merlot?

What an experience! So i gave in to a nostalgic urge yesterday and wandered into this place after the gym(I know«after the gym», but come on, I was hungry). I was promptly greeted but since I was busy reading and getting over guilt I let the guy know I needed a minute. He was very patient and very helpful guiding me towards what I wanted. I ended up ordering the bacon cheeseburger and the fries and drink combo. The burger was great, cooked to the exact temperature I ordered(i went with medium, they nailed it). The fries were great and not over seasoned. The establishment was very clean and the build your own toppings station as well maintained. All the veggies looked very fresh and good quality! I’m definitely coming back, and not just to harness my long lost Ms. Pacman skills!

We weren’t super hungry on our way back from Long Beach, so we decided to stop here and share a turkey burger. The turkey burger was really good, very moist and the wheat bun was fresh. It just took a really long to get it, about 30 min and they weren’t even that busy. I had a coupon, but I couldn’t pull it up on my phone. I tried and tried. Since I mentioned it, I felt like the cashier could have given me the discount, but she didn’t. The fries were ok, I don’t really like wedge fries. Those are the kind of fries I make at home(oven fries). I wanted half fries, half rings. After ordering and paying, they said it would be another 1.00 to change it. Fine, I paid. They ended up giving me a huge plate of half fries/rings. Way more than we could eat. So, the combo price was almost 14.00. Fine if you’re sharing with someone, but too expensive if you’re alone.
