Not honest.

I recently ordered furniture from Cort while moving into a new apartment and not having enough time to arrange a house full of things I would need in furnishing a home.
The sales representatives were very courteous and quick in responding to all my questions and concerns regarding any problems that might arise from renting as opposed to purchasing home furniture. The deal they offered me was reasonably fair in that I received all the basics I would need for starting off at a new apartment and their service was in under 48 hours which was a fantastic arrangement for my full time work schedule.
My real concern was in the wear and tear possibilities that could occur to the furniture over the lease term and the sales representative assured me that this is 100% covered and that it is understood that there might be scratches and basic wear and tear which is normal. This was my main concern and it was agreed and signed with the company that all is covered and I will return the furniture at the end of the lease term with no extra charge. In this case, I would recommend their services for your convenient rental needs for any length of time between one month, one year or even a two year term, as suggested by their website advertisements.
