Gary Binder (and his son Allan) did an outstanding job building out our wine bar.
They came prepared, were flexible with our budget, did exactly what we asked, and solved some really tricky problems that come with working on a 75 year old building.
Would recommend them for anything.

Gary is a wonderful contractor who overhauled my kitchen while staying on our budget. That is a huge accomplishment considering it included moving gas lines, adding electricity, opening up walls and installing headers. This all happened within about a week and the final result is amazing. Gary also had great ideas along the way about how to change up the design and steal square footage from unusable areas.
What is nice about working with a father and son team is that apart from being great at what they do, they are 100% honest and genuinely care. In fact, I had Gary and Allen over to install a TV and they overheard me having some problems with my insurance company about my electrical panel. Gary took time out of his day to take a look, work on it, make suggestions and help me with the insurance. As if I needed another reason to love Binder Building!

Binder Building & Handyman Services is dependable and hardworking. This father-​son team showed up on time, did my repair work quickly and well, and charged fairly. They brought all the tools they needed – not the case with other people I have hired – and were respectful of my schedule – again, not the case with others… AND, they had a productive, let’s-get-things-done attitude! They didn’t want to be late for their next appointment. Yay.
