Love Aware Meditation! Immediately found results from this! Worth investigating the teacher of this practice. She is versed in Vedic principles, easy to understand the information and extremely thorough. I have more energy but didn’t even think I was tired. The 4 day course and information session make the practice easy to follow and a delight. I looked years younger after only a few days of meditating. I have tried other methods but this is the best. Paula is a talented teacher and yes, you may see my photo up there! I am happy to share my experience.

Paula is an amazing meditation teacher. I emailed her when she was in India and she replied back within hours! We set up a date for her to come and teach my employees. She was prompt, efficient and easy to work with. Everyone at work loved her and meditation is now a part of our lives. It has created a calmness to our very stressful work environment. I highly recommend using Paula to learn this practice. She is kind, patient and very knowledgable!

Paula is a wonderful teacher and meditation has changes my life maybe even saved it. I am more relaxed and quicker to act. I am happier, calmer more productive and I feel smarter. It might be my genes but I look a lot younger then the guys I went to High school with. i think it could be the meditation ! it is easy to do and a so worth the time it take to do it!

I’m not a patient person. I’d like to be, but in all honesty, I’m just not. So the idea of meditation always sounded good, but to put into action was just too difficult to do alone. Paula is patient. She’s incredibly insightful. And she’s really good at helping me get through the blocks that bar me from letting go and resting my mind and body. The stillness required to just be present often seem impossible to reach, but Paula always has a new way to clear the mental clutter and get me back to still and empty clarity. She knows how the mind manipulates the psyche for control and guides me to a place of simple breath, simple quiet, and simple tranquility.
