Maybe it was because they were just opening– wait, you would think the food would be hot because they were just opening– but cold and very few items to choose from.
Everything that we tried was not very tasty– which was most items because we were trying to find something good.
Save your money and spend it elsewhere–

First time here and the whole family loves it. Everything we tried was great especially the general chicken and these stuffed shells.

This place has really gone down hill since the last time I was here. The waitress dipped the rag to clean tables into what looked like a mop bucket. The service was slow, and almost everything I tried from the buffet was old. This will be my last time. It’s sad because I used to enjoy eating here.

This place is scary. From the dead fish floating in the fish tank to the servers looking like they need a shower. The place just looks like a whole in the wall with a buffet. I was expecting live chickens to walk across the floor. I wont be back.

Worst buffet I’ve ever eaten at. Not much of a selection for healthy eaters and the egg drop soup had a film over it. The food looked like it had been sitting in Warner’s all day and not replenished. Will never eat there again

I love Chinese buffets… well… «American-​Chinese» buffets actually. I love to try them all, but to this date, this one is still my favorite. It is not fancy, by any means. There are several others that have a nicer/​fancier décor. I am basing my #1 rating based solely on the food selection. If it’s not the biggest selection, it’s close to it. The desert selection is small, however, if you prefer the «hard» ice cream over the soft serve (which I do), then you are in luck… 8 flavors available. Friendly staff. I live in Louisville, but when I know I’ll be down around Shepherdsville, I always plan on eating here. Very good!

I had this place as an early dinner and it was pretty good. I sampled a little of everything and I say that I liked almost all of it. The General Tso’s Chicken was very good, the black pepper chicken was delicious and the thin sliced pork chops were also really tasty. The crab rangoon were also good and the cheese bread was just the rangoon filling in a fried breading type roll that was really good as well.
They also had things like pizza that I just walked on past as I was there for Chinese not pizza. Either way, they offer a few other things as well that may appeal more to kids.
The service was great. The woman that seated us was very polite and had a pleasant smile and the girl taking care of the table was good with drinks and dirty plates. The only reason I give this a 3 star is because although it was good, it wasn’t great. It didn’t stand out as an exceptional buffet., but it is worth it.
