We stopped by on our way to Indianapolis. We wanted a coffee house and not the typical Starbucks chain with bad coffee and this was exactly what we wanted. It felt cozy, local and special. Prices were good, coffee too. The place is cute, with good music and nice artwork. Staff was welcoming. Don’t miss it!

My husband and I were on our way to Atlanta and needed some excellent coffee. This place is the definition of a real coffee house. I am very picky about my coffee. Their coffee was exactly what I needed. My favorite part was that they served Almond milk. The inside has cute artwork and I wish I could have spent more time there.

We didn’t want to stop anywhere in Louisville but wanted some good coffee. This place is perfect because it’s close to the outskirts of the city. The Caramel Mocha and Caramel Macchiato were delicious! But the biggest favorite was the Lemon crunch cake! I almost turned around to get another one!

Cedar Grove Coffee House is a great little coffee shop in an unexpected location. The coffee is very good and the staff is very friendly. The interior is pleasant and inviting. There are plenty of comfortable chairs, which I really appreciate in a coffee house, but also numerous«work» tables. If you are a local make this a regular stop. If you are from Louisville, stop by when going to ETown or Bernheim. If you are traveling, this would make a very pleasant/restful stop when passing by. It is easy access from I65. Well worth a visit!

Truly a wonderful establishment. The staff is great; friendly, personable, and ready with information to help the customer get what they want. While the white mocha is my usual, on certain mornings when full alertness is not happening, the Bullitt(six shots of espresso) gets me ready for anything. Artwork by local artists adorns the walls and if one strikes your fancy, it can go home with you at a very reasonable price. There are three Starbucks between my home and work yet I much prefer to visit the Cedar Grove Coffee House to get my morning started on the proper path.

Great people. They even let me try a soda at no charge. Other recommendations were great.

Stopped in here on our way to Nashville and was glad I did. I had the Club sandwich and an iced caramel latte. The ingredients seemed fresh and My sandwich was stacked pretty well with turkey and bacon and toasted to perfection! This is a nice little pitstop located right of the interstate. I would definitely stop here again if the opportunity comes.

A nice little place to grab a cup. Not much else at this exit, so finding this little gem was a big plus.

Very good coffee. Great customer service. Nice and clean with WiFi. Maybe a little expensive for my coffee taste, but I sucked it down.

A nice quiet place to stop for a latte before sting through Louisville traffic. Had a piece of cheesecake that was average but it has free wifi! Give it a try.

If you’re driving on I-65 and need a pick-me-up, then stop by here and fuel up mentally. Prices are great and product even better. I got the Red Eye which is two shots of espresso and a cup of coffee with it. Free wifi as expected and very convenient for a pit stop. Located across the road from a gas station so you can kill two birds with one stone!

I stopped by here on my way home one day. It was great. I had a Raspberry Mocha Frappucino which was really yummy. The server was very interested in getting it just how I liked it. I loved the atmosphere … Very homey and relaxing.

First impressions are usually what sticks, my first impression here wasn’t all that great. I talked to the owner afterwards, she’s wonderful and totally was understanding and caring and definitely made everything better! I have nothing but good things to say, maybe they were just having an off day. This is probably my 5th time here now and it’s been nothing but GREAT since! Nice place, better than Starbucks I must say.(: Good food, nice little place, feels nice and homey. I would definitely recommend it, especially coffee lovers! They also have smoothies, and food if you aren’t the coffee type.

I wish this place was closer to my house in northern Bullitt county. Like a highlands coffee house, but clean! Very friendly staff and a great mocha.

I found this place to be very meh. The customer service? Meh. The coffee itself? Meh. The location? Meh. The store itself? Meh. I ordered a Café au Lait, with chocolate. But the coffee was weak, even for brewed standards. I wasn’t thrilled by that. Go figure. The manager/owner came off as very bored, or didn’t like to be bothered: neither he nor the bored college student seemed very interested in me as a customer. The Louisville area has a nice mix of coffee places, so I wouldn’t go out of your way to make it here, but if your in the area, it might be nice.

The shop is very nice but the coffee is even better. I was on a business trip to the area and being from Seattle I’m very used to having coffee shops everywhere. I would say that the latte was far better than most lattes in Seattle. The atmosphere was really comfortable and when I stopped by in the evening they had live music.

While driving from Louisville to Bowling Green on 65-S, I saw billboards for a quilt shop off exit 116. I exited to see the quilts, and saw the«Hot Fresh Coffee» banner out front of the same shopping strip. Cedar Grove Coffee House is lovely, what a coffee shop should be: calm and cool, plenty of tables and comfy chairs, the all-essential outlets and free wifi… and a full coffee menu including chili, baked treats and packaged snacks. The lovely owner served me a delicious shot of espresso– hit the spot. Local art all over the walls and the *terrific* playlist have made this place my new favorite stop between the two cities. Bonus: the big ol flea market is across the highway. get your crowd-crazy fix then unwind at Cedar Grove. :)
