Don’t trust them! I paid them for some work done on my mower, and then a month later I got a call saying I had never paid. I asked if he (Bill) was sure, and he assured me that he was sure I hadn’t paid. I am a busy person, and he was so sure I hadn’t paid, so I thought I must be wrong. I authorized him to run my card again. It took me a couple of days, but I found the bank statement which showed that I had paid a month earlier. When I called back he didn’t even apologize or anything. He just said give me your card number again and I will credit it back to you.
The repair work was done well, although they didn’t pick up my mower on the day they said they would. Also, it took longer than I expected… (about 3 weeks).
